Well went back 4/2/24 at 1 pm. Must say I was able to do my refund. But THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL SUCKS, a bunch OF UNHAPPY AZZ LOOKING PPL. Like looking at them ALMOST DRAINED MY GOOD SPIRTI. For help and he made like I asked him for $100 ole ugleeee azz!! . Corporate y’all NEED TO GET RID OF THEM ALL!! NON OF THEM WERE FRIENDLY, helpful or professional. A bunch of clowns and one with a BUNCH OF MAKE UP ON. First of all I don’t want that cheap sanitizer on my hands, second of all the WEAVE HEAD QUEENS R RUDE N UNPROFESSIONAL!! Don’t speak, give u these weird looks cause ur hair is better than their weaves!! Comin yo behind me looking like Godzilla wit green hair n shh n acting like it’s a problem cause I unfolded a shirt !! Wont b back n will b contacting corporate about this mess frfr the guy in the back was nice

Staff is incapable of doing simple tasks it’s a free for all with the employees doing what they want , took over 30 mins to get my shoes I wanted BACK from the back when the one girl already had them ready to go but were taken back for no reason , guy at the register figures texting is more important then getting people rung up and out the store had to stand and wait for him to finish his texting conversation before getting taken care of , who’s in charge here ?!

Avoid this store at all cost. I went to return an item I purchased online and the male employee told me he could only issue a gift card. The policy clearly states if within 30 days or the purchase date, which I was a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Not sure what scheme is being ran at this store that refunds are not being completed per the policy. I had to drive to the Oakland mall location to receive my refund in the original form of payment. Will not be returning to this location for any reason

Horrible customer service, the store was completely empty and two employees were just standing there talking while disregarding me and talking to one another. One other employee was leaning against a clothing rack on his phone. When I asked for help with returning an online order, they disregarded my question and said they were unable to help me because I had an online order despite the return policy online saying otherwise. I never have issues with customer service, but this store got a review from me haha. The store was literally empty and my car was the only one in their parking spot.

Nasty attitude women they don’t speak when you come in they don’t stop to ask if you have been helped..Next time I will visit the Detroit Conner location much friendlier there

this was a terrible experience. I purchased a $15 pair of sandals that I was not sure would match a dress. I asked if I could return before I purchased and was assured I could. I returned the next day and was charged a fee for returning. The refund did not inlude the tax. Employees blamed the credit card machine, then the owner. It is all baloney, there should be no charge at all and a full refund. Dishonest people, don't shop there!!!!!!

Honestly I wish I could rate below a one star.I stood in the store approximately 30 minutes! No one greeted me, nor asked if I needed help. After waiting, I proceeded to ask one of the employees if she worked in the store. She brushed past me and blatantly ignored my questioned. I asked again and she rolled her eyes and stated yeaa.. then proceeds to walk in the back and slammed the door.A nice guy offered to help, but I no longer was interested in spending my hard earned money in this establishment.Costumer service -10/10.Very unprofessional and lack of personality,Do better! Please hire employees that wants to work.
