Scammers won’t sell SIM cards unless you pay them to activate it which is not necessary because it’s free if you do it online or unless you buy a phone , this is not the rules of Metro PCS, Metro call center said they are not allowed to do this

it's a long story but I'll try to make it short. I decided to switch from Google fi back to Metro PCS. After following all the instructions at home I was unable to connect. I went to this store and received five star service from Sam the retail store manager. He fixed the problem for me and made me feel totally at home. I would recommend this store to everyone. thank you for helping me out! P.S. They are offering a fantastic deal at this time. Don't know how long it's going to last but it's definitely worth checking it out.

Stopped in to help a friend who is in the hospital without a phone. Sam went above and beyond and was soooooo helpful getting everything set up. He was so patient and helps us find the best possible deal for her. I walked in out of the blue having never been here and I will never go to another metro store again. Thank you!

The Manager \\\"Sam\\\" showed me exemplary service. He went above and beyond to help me with my phone. I will be using this store for the foreseeable future.
