My service never worked right from the start i went to the store on garfield were i bout the phone i was told they activated my phone incorrectly i would need to buy a new phone when i only went in for a sim card. I Took my phone to a different store 19 mile and haye he fixed it in 5 minutes. they tried to say it's not there fault after telling me the guy that set up the phone did it incorrectly I was at the first store over one hour with no solution he also told me metro does not sell cim card separately and that is not true so it cost me 35.00 for there mistake

I went in here today because the phone I purchased from Metro 6 months ago was not charging or working right. They were of no help at all except wanted to charge me $250 plus for a new phone. They won't answer any questions about apps or anything on your phone. They're only there for sales. Even with no other customers in the store. Don't come here. They don't care and they're lazy. Also they want to charge $37 for a charger for my phone. I found the same compatible one online for $13.99.
