The worst pharmacy ever!! Never have stock. Tell you it's ready for pick up then you get there and they Don't have it but they fail to call you and tell you so you make the trip for nothing. Text system doesn't work either! Happened 3 times! Done!

Very rude staff, they made a mistake and didn’t give me the correct amount. Never once apologized or offered to fix the issue. Avoid, there are many other pharmacies locally that will appreciate you as a customer. You are just a number here

I went to pick up my prescription and was told that it would be ready the next day after 2pm. I waited a day or so and came back, stood in a line of 10 people, only to be told that they don't have anything in the system for me. I wish I would have gotten her name, but she just stared blankly at me and said "There is nothing in the system for you" and I responded that I was in just a few days ago and was told that my prescription would be ready the next day. (He looked me up in the system). Apparently she didn't want to help me, and told me to walk over to the drop off line for assistance. (She just wanted to get the line down so she could stop helping her coworker). I will start sending my prescriptions elsewhere. Lately, they either don't have it or it takes days to weeks for it to be ready. No thank you.

I transferred after Rite Aid closed across the street. I transferred my prescriptions. Things went bad from the start. They started filling prescriptions I had not filled in years as well as ones I was not ready for. Then when I called in and spoke with a person they checked if I had a refill and if my insurance would pay for it but fail to check if they actually had it in stock when they said it would be ready. I drive in to get it they are oh it’s on order. Then this last time I say I am going out of town can you give me 3 pills to hold me over. Pharmacist goes and looks on the shelf and says we have it will be ready in 5-10 minutes. WTH!! Problem solved I just transferred everything to Walgreens.

Clinton township meijer is the best pharmacy to go to! Danielle is my favorite pharmacist in the area by far, and Lisa is by far the best technician they are so nice fast and efficient. I would drive miles to come to this pharmacy over anywhere else

Your prescriptions are filled at some central location then delivered to the pharmacy. It took 2 days to get most of my meds, and one took 3 days. If you need your medication right away don’t come here.

Pharmacist Danielle went above and beyond today when I raced to pharmacy to pick up my much needed prescription. Travel delay and having to leave again next day, she made sure I was taken care of despite being 2 mins late. Excellent customer service!!!

Wow. I had the most amazing woman on the phone helping me today. I needed an emergency refill after mistakenly not realizing I had used the last of my medication for a chronic illness. They didnt have it til the next day at this specific location, so she called around to find it for me. Thanks to her i can be in peace today knowing I will be able to get my medication. This was at 945 am on 4.17.24. This location truly has a gem of an employee who deserves recognition.

I believe if you run a phymacy they need to realize scripts that fill only Evert 30 days need to be available.There are side effects to not having the medicine.Some life theeatning to elder adults.Make sure the customer. Is treated important.Get it together.In told theyl have it next day. Then next day new excuses.

This pharmacy has Gary the pharmacist. He is very knowledgeable about this pharmacy business and very gentlemanly to older folk like me. ? the prices are great cu, I use rx discount cards and save much money. I really like the drive thru benefit especially on snowy ir rainy days as I font gave to get out anx ride a broken diwn amino inside that is always in a state of disrepair or hardly charged up seen I ho thru. The store stays clean abd the prices for the various drugs in the pharmacy are very reasonable. I trust their pharmacy to get it done and usually very quick. Thankyou abd do try this stores pharmacy as their is great quality going on there!

They could be more efficient in the way they hand out meds. They have given my girl the wrong meds several times. And she has had to go right up there and have them fix it.

Young girl basically accused me of lying about my prescription being ready. Meijer sent me an update saying that it was ready. She had to check 3 different computers before she found that it actually was ready. This young female should not be able to deal with customers, extremely rude.
