I was referred to Macomb Income Tax in the fall off 2022 by my previous tax preparer who was retiring.I had been using the same service for over 7 years so this was going to be a huge change for me.It was such a smooth transition. Their website was easy to navigate and Bill was super helpful, especially when I had any questions. 4/2023 was the first time having Bill prepare our taxes, as our preparer of 20+ years retired. We were very happy with his ability to work around our work schedules for appointment. Our taxes were done quickly & for a fair price. He answered all our questions & educated is where we needed that information. I needed a new source for completing my taxes this year. I had seen many recommendations for Macomb Income Tax, so I put in a call. I spoke with Bill, and had a pleasant conversation. He was able to schedule me in a timely manner. I sat down with Bill and we went over the paperwork I bought with me. He completed both my Federal and State taxes within 2 days after my visit. Upon my return for signatures, we reviewed the documents then Bill submitted them both electronically. His availability, efficiency and professionalism made the process stress free.
