My mom dropped her car off Wednesday at 830 am was told they would contact her when the find out what is going on. No word on Wed nor Thursday and no return calls when she calls and leaves messages. If someone would have had the common courtesy to call her back after the first call we wouldn't be here. Then when they finally call her after her calling a few times on Friday they tell her she has to get a rental car. Now my mom says she has to talk to me. No where does Josh tell her it would be paid for. I call and talk to Josh where he tells me he told her all this stuff when I know he didn't as my mom let me know what happened when she dropped it off and after each call. Sad that they treat older people with such disrespect.

Our vehicle purchase went off without a hitch. We made an appointment to speak with Willard Shell the day after my initial dealer contact. He had a vehicle for us to test drive that was what we were looking for. We drove around a few miles and decided to buy it. Two business days later when our finances and insurance details were finalized; we went and picked it up. Easy. Easy. Easy on all counts.

My salesman, John Shell is just awesome...he made my dream come true with my 2016 Buick Regal!!!!! He goes above and beyond and his customers, like myself, keep coming back. His son John jr....was so kind and I felt sooo comfortable with him....the apple doesn't fall far from the tree....that's for sure.......THANKS JOHN for giving me exactly what I wanted in a car....and it still smells like a brand new car!!!!!

Jim Causley is where I bought my truck, fantastic sales and friendly staff. The repair prices are terrible. They wanted $800 to repair the front brakes alone. I can buy a front and back break kit for $400 and relplace them myself, I have been trained on brake replacement, so no problem. I also asked them to check the radio that kept losing apps, they wanted $150 just to look at the issue which I think should be look at for free for being a past customer, then pay for the fix, if fixed. I will figure out how to fix it myself for that amount. I can upgrade to a new radio with wireless android for $150. They need to catch up with the tech world.

I came to dealership to receive Birthday gas fill up gift. The tire pressure on one tire was 8 lbs low. So I thought I’d get that filled. It was discovered there was a puncture in the tire that was not able to be repaired due to the position of the puncture. The tire was not in house so it needed to be ordered and I came back the next day to purchase the new tire. The service rep, Josh, was terrific. He was professional, friendly and kind. 5 Stars for JOSH!!!
