We had purchased an engagement ring from here and we're also going to purchase wedding bands from here and had the ring sized and was also able to wear the ring for 3 days before the diamond Had fallen out but was able to find the diamond so we waited a week until they opened again and took it back and they had put the diamond back in again and the gentleman told me this ring is very delicate and when you sleep take it off and when you are doing something take it off and when you are not doing anything wear it and I thought what was the purpose of having it but I did do that anyways and about a week later one of the prongs to the ring was loose so I took it back there in hopes of them fixing it and he told me that the prong was all in place and ring was fine and the next day I was shocked that the diamond Had fallen out again and this time could not find the diamond and one of the prongs that I noticed loose before I took it to them the second time was off of the Ring which is why the diamond Had fallen out again so this time we had went back there to get our money back and he told us that I had cut the prong off and why in the heck would I do that and he did not refund us all the money back since he said he cannot sell it again he did not even refund us half of it so we will never step foot in a new Baltimore trade center again how can one run a business like that is beyond me

On Saturday I had Come in and requested to have a link to repair a gold chain. I needed a link to be closed and he did a terrible job, but not only that he STOLE a link from my Fígaro chain. It was 24” long and gave it back at 23.5”.
