Save your money! This clinic is an embarrassment to Veterinary Care Clinics. The last thing in their heart is compassion for animals. The other 'one star' reviews tell it all. They refused to see my dying 20 yo cat because had not been in recently, yet my three other cats were treated over the years and I paid their exorbinate testing fees for the good of my animals. The vet there is an embarrassment to her profession. Shame on her. By the way, the vet at the Kitty Clinic on Garfield kindly worked my dying cat in at the end of her day to finally end my cat's suffering and facilitate her cremation. I will be forever grateful to the Kitty Clinic.

The doctor and staff were really nice. They got my dog in right at her appointment time. The facility was very clean!

I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Patel since I adopted her in 2019. She is always treated with care and they even seem excited to see her when she comes in. They give advice as if it were their own pet. I don’t trust anyone else with my Lucy, thank you so much for always being so great.

After moving to the area from 2 hours away over a year ago and leaving my vet I loved, I'm so happy to have found GLAH. I have two kitties in their early senior years with one experiencing IBD/chronic issues and it's been a rollercoaster. Both doctors and all staff are wonderful to me and my kitties, but I especially have to mention Dr. Patel. She has worked very closely with me this last year in helping my IBD/chronic kitty, answering all of my questions, talking to me about options, and supporting my efforts to supplement her health at home. She is open minded and doesn't make assumptions, and her recommendations are always in our best interest. I appreciate the care the staff take to make my kitties AND me feel comfortable. Jenni and Anyssa are very kind and patient with me when listening to my concerns and scheduling appointments. It's a 20 minute drive for me to see them, and while I could go somewhere much closer, the experience and our relationship is worth the drive. Thank you all for your service and commitment!

I’ve been taking all my pets to Great Lakes since 2005 and continue to bring my pets to them even after I moved twice! The doctors and the staff are amazing; they care about your pets, present you with all the information to help you make informed decisions about your pets care, and mostly importantly don’t try to “sell” you on care/services.

My name is Lili, I want to tell you how sweet and benevolent the team at GLAH is. I come here for my vaccines or when I get injured (I like fighting). They always take good care of me and I feel very special every time. A couple months ago, I went missing (I was trapped in a backyard shed) for 2 weeks. GLAH helped my humans to find me and congratulated me when I came back.They are professionals and always very kind. I recommend this hospital +++(I don’t care about this but my humans say that their prices are fair)

Great first experience. Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Office was clean. Dr. Saini listened to concerns and gave lots of options, up front about pricing, informative and gentle with my pet. The visit felt very thorough but everything was quick too. Happy to have found our new vet!

The team at GLAH is nothing short of extraordinary! After rescuing our Ayla from a bad situation, GLAH got us an immediate appointment & started her treatment right away! I’ve had multiple pets in their care over the years & can’t say enough high praises for their compassion & kindness.

After reading other posts regarding prices I see Owner? Is very defensive, you should really appreciate how your clients feel and giving truthful comments. One good thing I can always get an appointment within 2 days, I just need to see if there are other opportunities and better pricing.
