I was really off put by the bad attitude the sales associate Madison had. I came into the store with an online order. The manager offered to call two other stores in the area for a size check, she was great and helpful. Didn't have luck finding my return with the size I wanted at the other locations. I asked Madison if I could keep one item from my return since I couldn't find the other size, she looks at me agitated. She finishes with the rest of the returns and says "Have a nice day" with a cold demeanor and no eye contact .... didn't seem like she meant it. I've come to this location a few times with great customer service and warm greetings but I was really disappointed with this visit.

I can’t express my love enough for this store! I love all of their clothes! Whenever I’m at partridge I have to stop at Francesca’s! All of the employees are super kind and helpful!

Just had the best customer service experience with two employees at this store! I had ordered a candle online that was shipped with packing tape wrapped around it. It left that typical residue that I couldn’t remove no matter what I tried. When the first employee needed assistance, she didn’t hesitate to get her manager. The manager made the exchange quick and easy and was very apologetic for the issue (even though we knew she wasn’t personally responsible). She also gave positive feedback to her employee in asking for help. Great team! Thank you for keeping things kind in a tough world and a busy season.

Sarah the store manager was amazing! I went in looking to expand my wardrobe for work and she pulled some new things from the back that weren't on the floor yet. In the end I was able to find a lot of good stuff for a great deal!

Sloooooowwwwww and didn’t fix problem. Offered to replace my iPad for 300 bucks. Yeah that fixes everything. To be fair they offered that I could take everything off of iPad bring it back and they would restore as a new device. Seriously disappointed.

Very rude. Waited to get my iPhone screen replaced. They didn’t have a screen. I could understand if I had an iPhone 6. But how can you not have a screen for an 8

Very unhappy with Apple Watch. A defective swollen battery caused it to explode. And, they want $200 to fix it.

I never got served on I waited for almost 1hour and 30mins and they kept putting people before me, they only had one person running the section for the phones and three greeters. Honestly so disappointed fix it
