Worst ever I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to 5 star auto got over 5,000$ worth of work done nick says this is everything wrong with the car then go for check up a little over 2 weeks later maybe 3 weeks don’t wanna lie and now it’s another problem 1300$ worth of work how did that happen I don’t understand it scammers and liars in my opinion giving my opinion

I would like to take the time to thank Nick over at 5 Star Auto! My husband and I had to purchase a car in a pinch and unfortunately we were sold a car where codes had been erased and our newly purchased vehicle was broke down after only driving it for 3 days. Nick and his team went out of their way to stay beyond business hours and work diligently fixing all the repairs necessary, communicating with both of us, the person who sold us the car, and the insurance company. It was a stressful situation, in which Nick always ensured us we could trust him and he would get everything in order and safe for us to have our family in. He did just that! Side note: when you go here for repairs Nick loves Crumble Cookies for a special thank you! ? He would never request such a thing, yet he made sure to call to thank us moments after the special delivery! Cookies will never say thank you enough!

Amazing shop! These guys are relentless, I had to go to them to fix someone else’s work, and their diligence and dedication to finding and fixing the issue was unbelievable. They’ve earned all my future business, and I won’t go anywhere else ever again!
They’re trustworthy, friendly, and priced very fair. They do honest work, and will make sure the job is done. They also warranty their work.
Highly recommended!!

I use Five Stars Auto Care for everything on my vehicle from Maintenance to Light Repairs and I would use them for Heavy Repairs if I ever needed it. The front desk staff and the Mechanic's are very knowledgeable about what they do and extremely nice. Prices are lower than the Dealerships, so I definitely would recommend coming here instead of the Dealerships.

I'm the type of person that doesn't take their car to anybody because I don't like being taken advantage of i'm very picky and this place knows not only how to handle me but has great customer service and great auto care also great recommendations .. And they will bend over backwards to make sure you are taking care of..
I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else. This shop is topnotch in my opinion, and a well deserved five star rating..

Took my charger in for a clunking and graidning noise at slow speeds and a vibration at high ways speeds in the winter. Upper control arms, struts, and sway bar links, among other things done by this place. Only to get under the car myself, to realize it's just the tie rods. Poorly educated "ASE Certified techs" got mad when I questioned the work, so I told them it might just be my tires. They were satisfied by that. What a joke!
