The teller was very rude and refuse to cash my check I decided to come to this location since I was in the area and they gave me a very bad experience , I usually go to the location on 15 mile and I need to stay going to that one because this one is horrible !

This branch does not know bank policies and tries to tell you anything to pacify you. Branch manager is no help and has no empathy for customer’s bad experiences. I was charged overdraft fee even though I was told I would not if account is cleared by midnight. Spoke with manager but instead of fixing issue, she transferred money from my checking to my savings to cover negative balance without my permission. Customer service is no help. Just save yourself a headache go to a credit union or any other bank but this one.

I feel like a criminal every time I make a cash deposit. I'm a contractor and deal in cash quite often. When making a cash deposit, they ask for ID, and not politely either, and each time also. Why? Is cash not allowed in today's society? In 32 years of business I have never been asked for ID while making a deposit. When I opened my accounts a few months ago, they were all smiles and very polite and happy to accept my money. But every time since then, when I make a deposit at the drive thru, I'm made to feel unwelcome and that I'm just an interruption to their Saturday morning.

I wish I would have asked his name but a Bank Manager (I think) help me at 4:59pm tonight. I'm visiting family in Michigan and needed something done today and didn't realize it until way too late. He was so nice and he stayed passed closing time to help me. I'm so grateful ?

The ATM is very fussy & usually " down" '-- for over year now.It's doesn't take deposits on Sunday, will give you error messages.Good thing is they have an incredibly nice & professional staff... & drive thru is fast!( one drive thru only)They also are super sweet & give treats to our furry members of the family!Love this bank overall!!

I have been to the ATM at this location 3 times in the last couple months and there has been a problem every time, 1st time it was out of order, 2nd touch screen wouldn't work and this last time I could only got $20, asked for fewest bills and it gives me 20- $1 bills.

Everyone here is very helpful, courteous, and they work hard to remember who you are, how you like your cash, etc. The attention to detail is great customer service.

Worst experience at a bank, The lady wasn’t able to answer any of my questions. I asked to get my saving account reopened and she completely ignored me and just said have a nice day. She gave me all the wrong forms I needed and wasn’t helpful at all. Probably the worst branch of 5/3 I have ever been to.

Although I HATE 5th3rd bank, whenever I went to this location, they made my life very easy. If the rest of the company could match what they do at this location, I would've stayed with the bank.
