I just purchased a $300 phone four months ago and luckily Matt put insurance on the phone which is broken now and only cost 60 to replace. “If you have any issues whatsoever ask for Brad. He was able to assist, diagnose, fix, and repair. My radio stopped working, and after a brand new radio was placed the problem was still there. Brad & co. Was able to determine it was a bad ground in the wiring harness, and BAM it worked. Give this man a raise.”

“Very Clean and Bryce was immediately available to assist. Also, he was friendly to my 5 year old is full of energy. However, the cashier wasn't too nice. She was NOT welcoming at all. My son waved and she never responded. One thing that is VERY important is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees should always come prepared to the work atmosphere with a great and positive attitude. In the meantime, I will be returning to purchase more tech items.”

I suggest calling before going, but I know people just show up looking for random switches and get helped. Personally I’d want to know if they have the item before going, but to each their own.”

“This disc replay has alot more of a selection compared to the one in troy and luckily they don't have alot of duplicate titles. they have alot of blue ray movies which I do enjoy to collect but N64 games are slim but they do still have them. Prices are not too bad and the service reps are very helpful and quick in response time”

“I never had much problems with AT&T, but I’ve never been satisfied with the reception at my house. I’ve always kind of just accepted it. It’s just kind of weird because overall reception is decent and reliable but in just like my own street, I can’t get a signal for anything as of this post. Verizon is holding a trade in smart phone deal for a brand new iPhone so my wife and I went there on a whim Because Verizon‘s website is very hard to understand when it comes to plans and pricing. We had the pleasure to meet with Cameron who did an excellent job at explaining in detail how all the plans and pricing works. Additionally I ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them beyond my expectations. He made the transition easy. Oh yeah, so Verizon works way better at my house and ultra wide band is kinda mind blowing. We traded in our old phones and got newest models for free!! We had to pick the top tier plan but it’s the same price as att. Thanks again Cameron for being so pleasant and helping us get new phones :)”
