I took my 2015 chysler 200 in for brakes and tires and it was a great experience. Everyone tells me how great the dealers are but they love to screw you and repair what they don't have to. EJ's explained everything to me and after the estimate there was no call backs either suppose charges. They didn't do any gimmicks like pull out some Trans fluid and show me me the color and smell and say it needs to be repaired. Or use the 3 floating balls thing. Anyways I just really like the honest service and the fait work. I will be a customer for life.

Ej and his crew have come through MULTIPLE times for me, I cant say enough about the effort and dedication towards their craft. Every Time ive had issues they either fixed it completely or let me know it wasnt worth my money or time! Real workers ! Real Leader! Customer for life!

Today was my second time taking my vehicle to EJ's. I was highly impressed the first time. However, today's experience was the ultimate customer service. I thought my suspension and brakes were bad and braced myself for a large bill. EJ's advised my brakes and suspension were good and repaired minor problems. They also found a problem missed by Belle Tire. EJ's led with integrity and listened to my concerns. I'm grateful. Especially ladies, this is a repair shop you can trust.

EJ’s was recommended to me after I was nervous about going to a mechanic after getting taken advantage of at others. I am so happy I found them, very honest and quick! Will be taking my Jeep there from now on

Have been using EJ for about a year for my two vehicles. Won't bore you with the long version of the story, but on my very first visit, it was proven 100% that this gentleman is an honest man. And, he knows how to talk to the non-mechanics of the world. When you discuss things with him, it's clear his goal is to help you, and whether it results in revenue for his shop is secondary.
I give EJ the highest of recommendations.

Omg when I say best service!! Accidently called & made an appointment thinking this was the same shop I had went to last time but still kept the decision to go with them because Of the reviews. Let me tell you, Best accident ever!! They legit Offered me a ride home And back to the shop after service was finished. Bad Wheel Barring , literally got done Ina few hours, Same day. Not Only did I save On getting a LYFT but his prices are very reasonable!. It's hard trusting people since I'm not from Michigan but he Is truly very honest, Will tell you everything that's wrong, Very nice, Patient, Great Communication, Fast, Very welcoming And they make you feel like family even If you're a new customer. Also like to say his employee Brandon was super nice, Respectful & Felt very safe/comfortable receiving a ride there And back. I most definitely Recommend, I won't be going anywhere else !

I had an emergency while I was driving my vehicle at 7:00 am & with the engine light going on, I drove right over to EJ's hoping he would be open.
He was helpful & friendly. He informed me that he already had vehicles planned for that day, but would have it looked at it as soon as possible. EJ called me that evening & gave me the diagnosis with the estimated price & once I gave him the go ahead, my car was ready early the next morning.
EJ was very friendly, hones & helpful with his explanation of the repairs.
I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.
