I arrived at this location at 8:49 PM to shop for a DoorDash customer. It was a simple 4 item order so I was confident I would be able to complete it quickly. Upon entering the store an employee named Tom was standing by the entrance and informed me curtly that they are closing in 10 minutes. I quickly told him I was aware and he responds with “Yet you are still here!” What does that even mean? That I shouldn’t be doing my job because they are closing soon? The comment stopped me in my tracks and I knew I had to get this guys name because this was a completely inappropriate way to be treating shoppers even if they were closing in 10 minutes. Lock the doors at 8:45 or 8:30 if you don’t want shoppers entering 10 minutes before close. He told me his name and proceeded to argue with me for the next two minutes about how I shouldn’t be shopping for DoorDash right before closing. It was an absolutely shocking exchange to be having with an employee. Not only is Tom completely devoid of any customer service skills but he is totally unaware that his behavior is appalling. In the end I left disgusted with the experience and did not complete the purchase.

Stopped in for an advertised sale on Pepsi.Not only did they not have the product in stock, there wasn’t a place for it to be on the shelf. Another Pepsi product was stocked and advertised as 3 for $13 but when I went to purchase it, it rung up at a much higher price. The cashier stated he could not correct the price. This store is a rip-off, will not shop there again.

I showed an employee a box of cereal that had expired as of (11-2023) and told her that the others on the shelf of the same brand had as well, she took the box from me and called out to the manager to show him. I would think that she would pull the boxes down but nope…I go in there a week later (today) and needless to say, the expired boxes of cereal are still on the shelf. I didn’t say anything but when i go there again I’ll take a picture. It’s my favorite cereal so I was hoping they’d have new boxes since I last informed them of the expired ones…always check the dates of their foods!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT BE BACK. all self checkout, nobody there to help store left unattende, self checkout wasn't working as the employee left it in employee mode from a previous void and then was too busy carrying on conversations with her coworkers they were inappropriate to be overheard by customers. I had to literally scream is anybody working here to get someone to come up front and help me

Store looks good but the new people working there need to be more present when customers out at the checkout. Should of kept the other lady's there. But that's just me

Ever since the remodel,this store has been terrible,used to shop 2-3 days a week,now been there 3 times in a month and walked out because of price, Walgreens is cheaper now,and the help is absolutely clueless,no personality,boring, can't wait for you to leave, never setting foot in door again

Tried to do self checkout because only one cashier and a very long line. Tried to purchase some food items. I hit pay now, and it would not let me pass there. Wanted my ID that the only cashier had to do the stupidest thing I have ever had happen to me. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. This was my FIRST AND LAST TIME coming here!

badly managed, rude customer service and seems like they never keep everything I want in stock that's why I stopped going there instead I go to Super Dollar on gratiot just north of 16 mile rd 37665 a gratiot ave.. they always have everything and its I save more going there and much faster check out.

Used to go here but quality, stock and service has been bad lately instead I’ve been going to dollar palace on 15 and Groesbeck they have everything there and it costs less and friendly staff.
