I have bought six sets of tires on four different vehicles from this discount tire in the last 10 to 12 years. When for a tire to be filled due to a screw in the center of the tread. Not near the sidewall or anything so no tire replacement needed. Of course when I got there, they immediately told me how I needed to purchase a whole new lug nut kit for $50 and I also needed two new front tires, which was not anything I was even there for considering I needed the fill in the rear tire.
They’re only concern is trying to sell the most they possibly can instead of just doing a basic requested service.
Also appointments don’t really matter because while you wait to check in, you’re dropping down the waitlist to the walk-ins anyway.
Also, after waiting 20 minutes, I left Without getting any service done to go to Belle tire because he refused to fill the rear tire After I didn’t want to sit through his speech about my front tire Needing replacement.

Horrible experience..Not professional at all...Called made and appointment to Reseal & Rotate my tires that I purchased from there. Got to my appointment to get the service done, the Representative Brittany harassed me about buying some Rims..she was all up in my face & when I refused the service manager comes too me & refuses to Reseal my tires. I have been purchasing tires from this location for years. But not anymore, Horrible Service...Not a good place to patronage..The New Management is not good at this location

I will never come to this discount tire again! I walked in and checked in for a simple tire rotation service at 12:07PM he told me it will be an hour wait for my service and I can wait in my car or in one of the campers for someone to come and help me get on the waiting list in 15 minutes and it was only 3 people ahead of me. So I decided to wait in my car for an associate and I’m seeing 7 people get serviced before me when I came before them. I got someone attention at 12:55 almost 1PM. They took me to the camper to assist me and told me I won’t get out of here until 2:15PM after I already waited a whole hour for someone to assist me!! They saw I was already on the checkin list a whole hour before they went to lunch and they didn’t try to help the problem or even apologized for not assisting me sooner. The customer service is terrible. I am a new customer with this company and they are giving me a terrible experience already.

Needed tire pressure checked. Attendant came out immediately checked pressure was low filled them up. Now they are where they are supposed to be. They are the best. Never a problem.

Stopped in for a tire rotation and had to sit a spell for the car. Looks like the store is getting an upgrade on the lobby/ front desk area. Did their best to make everyone comfortable. Didn't hear any grumbling but I understand. Old saying: in order to make an omelet, you got to break a few eggs!

Bad reviews over the past few months and I can see why, associates need more training seeing as how one of them loves to argue with customers instead of listening, seems common now that Bruce is gone, will be taking my family, my business, and my word of mouth elsewhere, disappointing to see the decline
Corporate and Dean have been notified of your stores attitude towards its customer and lack of respect, hopefully some new faces can change that.

Called to ask for price on balance and rotation. Was told it was free. In the hopes I buy my next tires from them. Asked 3 times , free even if I didn’t buy tires from them. They said yes. 3 times. Drove there was told rotation was free but balancing was $60 Totally lied to my face to get me in there. I will never do business with them

Everyone was very kind and courteous I called ahead of time there was no wait they took down my name and put me in place and less than an hour I had four new tires put on balanced and ready to go!

Had an 11 am appointment. My vehicle didn't get taken back until almost 2 pm. When I questioned as to why I was given the excuse of someone from the garage left to go to lunch and had my keys with him. But another employee made everything better by giving me a Huge to Discount
