My son didn’t pick up his prescription before the 24 and Hayes closed. The pharmacist at Garfield was very helpful and was able to get me the prescription. Thank you so much!

Second time I had to have script sent from another pharmacy because they didn’t have it and CVS.did. I switched becauseCVS. didn’t take my Medicare Ins but now they do so I’m switching back. Very nice and helpful staff.

This is the worst run pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life! Submitted a request to refill a prescription at 11:00AM by 6:00PM when I still hadn’t heard anything I called. They told me 1 hour. At 7:15PM I showed up and they told me there was a mixup and to come back at 9:00PM. 10 hours….to fill one prescription that every other pharmacy I have ever been to takes about 1 hour. Once I was in line and it still wasn’t done, at that point just fill it while I’m there and have some bit of customer service.
Beyond no longer filling my prescriptions here, I won’t give this store any further business. I can see why you have only 2.4 stars for your rating. Great job management!

My Granddaughter and I always enjoy shopping here she always has fun getting little things here and there and I always love shopping here as well it's a fun place to be and the employees here are always wonderful .

Pharmacist Yousif provides an excellent customer service. He’s very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Every time I visit this pharmacy, I see him helping everyone with smile.

I am now switching my prescriptions from here there is a pharmacy tech. Her name starts with an M she’s got long brown hair and she keeps in a ponytail with an accent. Every time I call I had a problem with my insurance so I was trying to get it straightened around and every time I call she would not let me speak she over talked me, she never let me finish so she could help me and take my new insurance she yells at you. That is no way a person in her profession should act . The Pharmacist is amazing. He’s a wonderful guy always there to help you acknowledges you by first name , but the person underneath him he needs to fire her because he’s gonna lose a lot of customers because of her.

I am a pharmacy tech and refuse to deal with this pharmacy anymore due to extremely rude and ignorant pharmacists/staff. They have treated our clients & staff very poorly on many occasions. Next to impossible to even call in medications for our patients because they hardly ever answer, and when they do they are condescending, rude, impatient and unprofessional. They will put you on hold then pick up the phone, not say a word, and place you back on hold repeatedly. This establishment and the pharmacists running it need to be reviewed by the state. We will continue to deter our clients from using this location.

I visited from out of town. This was the closest CVS near me. Older lady with the purple hair is so unfriendly. Why is it so hard to be kind to those who are not rude to you? It’s much easier to be friendly, I promise.
Likely a race thing as she was friendly to the White guy before me. Barely looked me in the eyes and didn’t even greet me or tell me to step forward as she attempted to appear occupied when he walked off.
I don’t ask for much because I work in service too but having decent customer service is your job.
Do better, be better.

Dan the pharmacist and all of his helpers have very poor communication skills. They walk around like they don't care about the people they're servicing and they do not seem as if they care about their jobs. I would definitely suggest going to the Walgreens right down the street to Garfield and canal they have much better service.

This cvs needs better ratings? It's clean, the same staff is nice & has been there at least 8 years because that's how long I've been using this location. They're never out of stock on anything & they are 24 hours 365 days a year I'm pretty sure. They always save me on last minute Christmas Eve needs & even early Christmas Day last minute needs! Pharmacy here is also fast & efficient.

I’ve received horrible customer service here several times including yesterday when I had a question about their Christmas lights. Older woman with colored hair told me to open the box to look at them myself before turning her back to me. Employees are blatantly rude, visibly unhappy and very unhelpful. The only time I have received a somewhat polite attitude from an employee is when one was talking my ear off as if they were on some sort of substance - not sure if that counts as a positive experience though. Store is dim and gives off a shady ambiance

Pharmacy is a joke... Between telling me medications ready and not being ready or not giving me notification it's ready.. now 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours now 4 hours til it's ready
