Great selection of items. Great sales. Decent prices. Friendly staff. Just be sure you have cash. This is a cash only store. They do have 2 ATMs. The bathroom is almost always beyond disgusting, so heads up, especially if you shop with children who inevitably need to use the bathroom.

Nothing is sorted, they put stuff on the floor without a tag which they can't sell without one. Exit was being blocked by carts. Never again

Cash only? Come on now. Who's pockets is that money going in? Employees that stock shelves favor certain customers. You're not allowed to bother or ask employees for something off the carts yet, one reseller is given that opportunity. I've witnessed employees actually hand him items as they walk out of the stock room. He's there every day at opening for several hours. He's been banned from this store before. I think it's time for that to happen again.

Long Story Short: This place is far and away one of the best thrift stores in the Metro area. It has a couple of caveats, but overall, it is good. Half my wardrobe is from this store.Long Story Long:- The Bad:-- THIS THRIFT STORE IS CASH ONLY: Ensure you bring cash ahead of time, because the ATM inside has a $3.25 fee (at the time of writing,) and during peak hours/closing time can run out of money.-- PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN OTHER PLACES: Usually, (see next point for exceptions) this is not by a lot, but it is noticeable. A dress shirt that would cost $4 at a Salvation Army may cost $5 or $6 here.-- STAFF PRICE BRANDS ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY RECOGNIZE: Not according to brand value, no, according to *brands they recognize.* If there is a tag the Staff knows and thinks is valuable, expect it to be vastly marked up. For example, staff do not seem to realize that Lauren Ralph Lauren is a diffusion brand that hasn't been associated with Ralph Lauren in many years. Expect any Lauren Ralph Lauren items to be priced far beyond their value. Jewelry is also picked over for stamped gold/silver and marked up accordingly. Don't expect to find screaming deals on that here.-- NO DRESSING ROOMS: This one's self-explanatory, and isn't a COVID thing. They didn't have them before COVID, either. Rulers are screwed into the ends of the racks for patron use, so know your measurements!- The Good:-- SUPERIOR SELECTION: The store is massive, and so is the number of items. They stock the floor daily and replenish the racks multiple times per day. The selection offered is almost always higher quality, and the amount of reasonably priced items always outnumbers overpriced things that staff recognized. Staff seem to take the effort in back to sift out the stuff that people obviously just didn't want to take to the dump. I have come here for 4 years, and have left empty-handed only once. This is the only thrift store in the Metro Area I have been to that actually has a well-stocked men's section.*Added Note: This only applies to clothing. The furniture, housewares, jewelry, etc. of this place I've frequently found lacking. They've got good stuff fairly regularly, but don't come here expecting to find a lot at once.-- DAILY, STEEP SALES: The store moves inventory by discounting the items more as the week progresses. The longer an item has been on the floor, the steeper the discount, up to 75% off. This is frequently enough to balance the cost of items that staff has overpriced. Wait a day or so, because no one is going to pay full price for them, and come back. This, combined with this store's superior selection, mostly outweighs the bad, in my opinion.-- STAFF ARE COURTEOUS AND UNOBTRUSIVE: The staff here have always been helpful and responsive to questions and go out of their way to be friendly. Never have any of them been blocking the racks or shelves while restocking, either. You barely notice them.

This thrift store is honestly a disappointment everything is over priced and the store claims to be a community thrift store but turns out to be a cash grab for profit business. And they only take cash. Here's a example. A playstation 1 console is around 60 untested unknown condition you can getva known food one from disc replay for 30 working and tested. The items with sale tags are all junk as it's whatever that's been sitting the longest.

I have been going to this place for at least 3 years now. The first time, I didn’t know they were cash only, so at the end, I was able to run across the street to get some cash from bank of america, no big deal, but a sign at the entrance would be nice. The people complaining here are either too spoiled or living in a bubble, as a third world country foreigner, I can confidently say this place gives you the chance (notice how I said “gives you the chance”!) to get excellent and normally expensive stuff for CHEAP. Polo Ralph Lauren sweaters for $20 dollars, good button up shirts for 5 - 7 bucks, sweat pants for 5 dollars ( I was tired of having to buy basic sweat pants for $20 just to use it at the gym). You have to search well people!! Check the clothes you are getting for damages just like you would with any retail store, don’t like it? Leave it alone and move on! Spend time finding what you want. I’m always happy with my $50 purchases which would normally cost me $300 - $400 had I bought the same items from retail. Staff can be very nice or very rude, at the end of the day, you are there to save money. Treat them with a smile, buy your things, and go ming your business.Highly recommend this place. Come in the morning after they open, week days preferably. Saturdays can get a little bit chaotic.

Clothes are not by size so you may have to go through about 1000 shirts before you find one. Prices are WAY higher than going to the store And getting a new. They only take cash. Huge disappointment!!!

This store has dramatically increased prices year over year. Board games were averaging prices between $2-$4 last year and now they are pricing them as high as $24. The issue is that they do not quality-control their merchandise and literally put defective items that visibly are non-functional on the sales floor. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AS LONG AS CURRENT MANAGEMENT/POLICIES ARE IN PLACE!!!!!!!

I pass by this store all the time and after years i finally gave it a go. Browsed for an hour or so and I found quite a few things. Got into line and while waiting i noticed the "CASH ONLY- NO CHECK NO CREDIT CARD" sign. That would've been helpful to know BEFORE entering. Left my cart (apologies to the employees) and walked out. Double checked the entrance to make sure and nope. No sign. Nice try with the ATMs that charge you to get your own money. No thanks.Put a darn sign at the entrance to let people know.
