I recently opened an account here. Jake was wonderful. I am happy with my decision to switch to a bank with normal business hours. They are open on Saturday which works well for me. I found the staff to be very helpful & polite.

Walked in there (04/04/2023) Banker did not want to help me open my checking account with an open deposit of $15000 told me it took 40mins to open (LIE) Ive had business Loans for 100k that was faster than that. Went home opened one online which nobody mentioned NOT the teller nor banker. I went to their competitors down the way plus they offered me nice bonus. Don't Bank here. Glad nobody in the branch works on commission! HA Nobody here would take home a check

I am forced to give at least one star in order to leave a review. The manager at this location has a very nasty, condescending attitude! I went into this location to have a cashier's check issued regarding taxes for Mineral Rights in another state and Pay to the order of: Judges name and the circuit court of county/city and state where the Judge is located which was a requirement for payment. The teller that helped me was very nice but needed help with the computer system to enter the "Pay to the Order" information I showed her on the court documents. The manager came over and immediately said we cannot put all of that on the "Pay to the order" line because it won't fit. No hello, how can I help you....nothing! I said ok then put what you can because I had no choice according to what the manager said. The manager stood there and watched me and the teller for a couple minutes and then walked away. As soon as the manager walked away the teller went and asked the window teller for some assistance. The window teller came over and she was able to fit "The Honorable Judge, his name, circuit court of name of county and state" just like it said on the court paperwork. The two tellers were very nice and helpful but that manager is a piece of work and needs to be taught people skills because she has ZERO! I have never had any issues with Chase employees until this manager. Besides having an attitude, she was wrong! Chase corporate needs to send in secret shoppers/customers so they can witness first hand how this manager treats customers with a lot of money in their bank.

Trying to add or open a account here is almost a joke. I walked in and not a single person was there besides me needing help I wanted to open a account for my daughter. They told me I needed to make a appointment for another day. Are you serious? Like you are not busy and you don't want me deposit money? I understand Covid protocol but we are two years in and this type of business operations are a joke. I may move all my accounts to A bank that actually wants my business.

Report on JP Morgan Chase Bank: Nothing but the Truth stated: Go to another Bank or Credit Union or you will end up like us!(Corporate and Customer Service Centers do not support employees in the branches)History: We found out that most banks treat their customers the same way! We moved to JP Morgan Chase Bank of our past professional performance that we had with this Bank, however, this Bank is just like most other Banks in our great land; United States of America. JP Morgan Chase Bank on a corporate level does not respect the branches on a local level that their employees are not doing their jobs, so in this light the Call Centers and corporate level undermines the local level employees of what they say and what they give you in the printed word. Detail in outline format: May 30 2020:Opened Chase Bank Freedom Visa Card: Good customer service. Called again add Card. May 30 2020:Called to set-up an appointment to open checking, Savings Great customer service. Jun 01 2020: Meeting went good felt good that we finally found a Processional Bank to do business with. Jun 02 2020: Deposited a personal out of state check! Chase Bank deposited the same day! (Feds 2-5 days) Jun 02 2020: Same time deposited a Local Bank Check same as cash (they put a hold 10-15 days) Jun 03 2020: Changed our Auto Deposits and Deducts took 5 hours of our time (Task done) Jun 05 2020: Received a letter dated: June 01, 2020, stating we declined Debit Card Coverage on card. Jun 05 2020: Wrote a letter to branch employee on our Issues (We are extremely upset with Chase). Jun 05 2020: Hand delivered to Chase Bank instead of mailing our complaints. (About Chase Issues) Jun 06 2020: Got another letter dated: June 2, 2020, with summary of costs that are different Bank fees! Jun 06 2020: Went online to Chase Bank to file grievance Copied Letter on Chase grievance form. Jun 06 2020: Branch manager called spent (30 minutes) got exactly nowhere w/ that person (Has no clue) Jun 09 2020: June 05, 2020, received a response from E-mail! (Appears they did not read my Grievance) Jun 09 2020: Reviewed Chase response to my Grievance? (Email Servicing talked on Military Inquiry?) Jun 11 2020: Another letter dated June 03, 2020, a new deposit account using my SS was opened! Jun 11 2020: After reading this letter I had to call within 14 days or Chase was going to take our money! We had to cancelled out one-week vacation to call them (6) Calls (2) “Got lip music” and disconnected us 3 times. (Like to bad that I'm a Fraud and Chase will take our money and close our accounts anyway. Jun 11 2020: Called our Chase Rep at our Branch made appointment with him on June 12, 2020 Jun 12 2020: appointment went unbelievable bad! (Only verbal response and no written word to fix this)! That is enough I can go on and on about “JP Morgan Chase Bank”, but what is the point above is enough for you to understand that “JP Morgan Chase Bank” services are BAD to do business with and customers are very upset with Chase Bank. Summary: At home wondering if we have our money or Chase took the money and closed our accounts. We do not have a good feeling about if we still have our money! And do not trust JP Morgan Chase Bank! And do not know what to do about these issues with; JP Morgan Chase Bank. We believe we will have to get an attorney involved to. No wonder majority of the United States Citizens are constantly moving around to other banks for basic services just like we are doing today. So sad where is the customer service and loyalty of years past it is certain not here except for “Chase Bank found to be just the same as others”, however, this is the way majority banks does business today in the United States of America.Vietnam Veteran.

Avoiding this location due to Karen at the drive-thru who will pick and choose who she gives “a hard time” to. If there’s a small chance she doesn’t like you you’ll get a hard time from her.

I've been coming to this bank once a week to deposit my tips for about a year now. I usually dealt with two friendly girls inside, I'd say I have cash to deposit, they'd fill out a slip for me, take my cash, I'd be done. Two weeks ago I walk up to a lady I hadn't dealt with before, tell her I have cash to deposit, and she gives me an attitude about how I have to have a deposit slip when I come to the teller. and then asks me "if I've ever tried the ATM." Yes, I've tried the ATM. I don't use the ATM because it takes 30 bills at a time and I usually have over 60. Unfortunately, she was there again this week, gives me a big sigh again about how I need a deposit slip, so I just turn around and walk out to make 3 transactions at the ATM so I don't have to deal with this human being. Is it new that I need to fill out a deposit slip before approaching a teller? Is she just lazy and doesn't want to do it herself? I've no idea, but I've been depositing tips at a handful of Chase banks over the last 7 years and this is the first time I've been asked to do so. The sole reason I'm done going to this location isn't because I don't want to fill out my own deposit slip, it's because this lady has an attitude that provokes my gag reflex. Gross

The only times I take time out of my day to write a review is when I've had either a very great experience or the opposite. I've been coming to this Chase since I was a little girl (10 years at least) and I don't understand how anyone can give this location any less than a 5 stars. I recommend Chase to all of my friends and peers. BIG SHOUTOUT TO RYAN SINGH for all of his hard work and help. He is a true asset to Chase and I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, dedication and always exceeding his customer service. All of the employees are always kind and professional on the teller line and almost everyone knows and calls me by my name before I even walk up to their window. I can say I'm proud to be a Chase client and I look forward to continue doing business with this company!!

The women that work here are phenomenal people. Fantastic at their job and extremely warm and genuine. I don't ever feel like I'm completing a business transaction but rather visiting family/friends that I'm proud to have a part of my life. Keep killing it ladies.
