This location has 2 ATM’s and they’re both always broken. Even when it says it’s working, most the time the touch screen isn’t. I’ve gotten anxiety thinking my card was going to be stuck with the screen frozen.

They seriously need to fix the ATMs, the inner lane doesn’t work. Screen won’t left you touch it at all.

Chase Banks R a fine financial institution... this bank has helpful associates to get started for checking/savings.. other accounts start-up.. Be cautious of spending tho.. maintaining YOUR minimum acct balance is DEFINITELY a REQUIREMENT for a GOOD standing acct.Besides it's a less "Headache" 2b "in trouble" w/a bank ANYWAY!???

Chase Bank(Nunley)location have Good Workers..Friendly/Respectful and HELPFuLL associates.Just came to this bank recently.. a BUSY day.. I was trying to do business in a hurry (NOT able)had another appointment elsewhere.Ended up Rescheduling my appointment.. Bank trip WAS NECESSARY.. so the trip was well worth the wait.. STILL wish Chase would provide more associates 4 THEIR CUSTOMERS??

ancient Customer Service (aka Teller) is NOT conducive to Digital World. NO PHYSICAL CARDS, NO SERVICE even though I was _only_ making a deposit (w/OUT any cash out) into a decade old bank account. ? Boing!In the olden days ???, when I don't have my physical ATM card, I was able to punch in social security for account access by a chase rep. What happened to _that_ practical idea? With cameras and digital ATM card, I'm not a total stranger.BOTH ATM machines were replaced, and NO indoor ATM by the branch.Human Teller DO NOT have contactless/tap-and-go gadget.I was referred to *another* Chase location that is 2 miles away! ?? Such hardwork to give Chase my money. ? How much is gas per mile now? ?It's a LOT easier, and convenient to reload a PAYPAL account through stores, Walgreens, and CVS.

I highly recommend this branch of Chase bank!! I have had only positive experiences and absolutely no issues when banking with Chase - The great people that are employed at this location ( in particular, Debra) are so helpful, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I ALWAYS reach an actual person when I call (unlike many other businesses) and no matter how difficult the issue/question they have provided me with an easy solution!

Recently having to use the drive through window has been a horrible experience. There is a new lady not a regular teller that has been working and has to be the slowest ever there hasn’t been one time I’ve waited less than 20-30 minutes.
