Just purchased a 2016 Nissan rogue from here, for 2016 vehicle it is in great shape, clearly not a Michigan car from the lack of rust, during my initial test drive found that the rear passenger tire had large screw in it, the brake pedal was low, the side view mirrors didn't work and the battery had install sticker from 2018, brought issues up with John and he said they will look at all issues, they repaired tire, said brake caliper pistons were gummed up and they loosened them up, said battery tested at 75% and fixed mirrors after working on them 3 days. Test drove car again then purchased vehicle cash. Picked car up Saturday around 2:30p and that evening around 7:30p check engine light came on. Will call John Monday to see it they will take vehicle to address issue. Will update with progress of situation.
Update 8-28-24, took vehicle back Monday evening for John to check out engine light, Tuesday afternoon John called my back stating O2 sensor had broken wire and they replaced sensor and test drove, all checked out fine, picked car up Tuesday before close, drove car to work Wednesday and did some shopping after work, no more check engine light and drives great. I really appreciate how they stand behind what they say on the quality of the vehicles they sell

Great selection of vehicles with great pricing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Two days after buying my car, I found an issue with it. B&B Car Co. went above and beyond to take care of it. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car.

All the sales persons where very helpful and friendly. And John Bird was the salesman that helped me everything was done in a timely fashion. And what I liked is that nothing was hidden everything was up front and true. I would come here again and would tell family and friends.

I am beyond disgusted with this used car dealership, and John, the dealer who sold me the car. I'm about to make my 3rd car payment, and I've only been able to drive the car the first month and a half after buying it. During the buying process, I asked John if he knew of any accidents or major repairs to the car. He looked me straight in the eye and said not that he knew of, and that the car had been fully inspected. Fast forward 6 weeks, and I'm stranded on the highway. Car completely shut down, won't turn on, nothing. I contacted John because I also purchased a car warranty, and he suggested where to take the car. I had the car towed to the suggested repair shop where it has sat for the past 3 weeks. Not a thing has been done with the car, and I still don't know what is wrong with it. I decided to have the car towed to another shop. They looked at it, and ended up calling John because the car has had major engine work done. John admitted to the repair shop that the car had, in fact, undergone repairs, which were done at B & B! I'm writing this review to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else.

Smaller dealerships sometimes get a bad rap. This establishment is the exception. My husband was in need of a new (used) truck and John Bird helped make that happen with ease. We got a great deal and John was honest & straight-forward about getting us in the right vehicle. If you're looking for a great deal on a new used vehicle, don't hesitate about going to B&B. They treat you like family.

After searching for weeks, & dealing with some name brand dealers, I wish I would have came here first! John (the elder of the two) kept me informed, & followed up with me the entire process. We actually missed a signature, & instead of asking me to come back in, he drove out to me! This is the type of customer service I appreciate. The experience and selection of vehicles are top notch!
