Finally was able to get my husband to pick out a new wedding ring. My original 43 year old was missing prongs. Sandy was so great to work with, I picked out a ring guard and a solitaire. She recommended taking my stone from my original Wedding Band , which was a marquee and turning it sideways and putting it in to a Solitaire setting. The pricing she worked with me was fabulous. I really thought it was gonna cost us a lot more. I highly recommend going and seeing Sandy at Ati’s Jewelers, you won’t be disappointed! And top it all off she gave us a bottle of wine for purchasing a new ring who does that nowadays, they do!

Took them 45 minutes to put in a watch battery still after I ask for it back twice. Screws were loose . Had to tighten it up myself at home. Worst experience. Four people there and nobody knew what they were doing. Lack of communication. Worst customer service.

Quality is poor and prices seem very high. I had a bracelet that needed repair. A simple solder. They quoted $40-$50 which I thought was allot but the clerk said if you like the bracelet it's worth it. I had to pay the $40 before they would repair it which is suspicious. Now I know why. I went to pick it up and it was still broken. They would not give me my money back. The original guy was not there but the second guy told me it was not worth repairing. I said I wish they would have told me that before paying. The lady behind the counter said she would send it back for repair. I went to pick it up after over a month and it's still broken the way I left it. She insisted I take it but would not refund me. Now I have to return for the third time on Saturday to discuss why they need to fix it or refund me. There is never any customers in the store. I am sure this terrible customer service is the reason why. Will I ever get my bracelet and money back? Go somewhere else!

My wife came back from Europe and bought me a nice gold Plated Bracelet but it was too big since they are right down the street from where i live i went there. They were the nicest people and took care of me right away at a minimal cost. I have to go back to have it shortened more but i would recommend them to anyone!! Steve Harold Clinton Twp

Ended up here after Zales sent me to Pandora because they don't repair rings purchased elsewhere, and pandora doesn't repair rings. The man at Ati's fixed my ring beautifully and quickly, in and out with no more snags! Definitely coming back if I need a jeweler

I recently upgraded my wedding ring for my 30 th anniversary and I couldn’t be happier! Sandy gave me the best price! I also had them put my original diamond in a beautiful bezel setting to wear as a necklace. Both my new ring and necklace are stunning! I highly recommend them.

Shop around then go to Ati's! She will beat any deal and will go to every length to ensure you're happy. For our 25th anniversary my husband wanted to give me a new ring and after months of reviewing rings and going to other jewlers we went to Ati's. I knew what I wanted but could not find the words to express my ideas but thru conversations and suggestions from Sandy also help from her sales associates Cheryl, Cherie and Mike it all came together. Then, through the skilled hands of her designer Victor, the masterpiece was created!The owner Sandy pulled every lever to get the ring completed on time for our church blessing that weekend and it was absolutely stunning!! Sandy was able to get the highest clarity main stone and it made all the difference! We highly recommend Ati's Jewler for your jewlery needs, they are not satisfied until you are 100 percent satisfied! We love you Sandy!

Not sure how they manage with the prices they charge. 1st experience was a repair, of which they called to say you need to pay on your repair, when I did and took it out, it was the same broken tennis bracelet. Took it to another jeweler for repair after refund. Put some diamond studs on layaway for a couple months, when I got them out, these were NOT the studs I placed in layaway. What they showed me and what they wrote on the receipts were two different items. Thus, keeping a record of what I was given me when I took them home, and not what they showed, and what I thought I paid for.. Such petty deceit/dishonesty. Always a pressure to purchase from them.

They used to be such a good place to buy jewelry & good for repair’s.I took my sons gold necklace there & wanted a bigger clasped. They put the same sz on the necklace & charged me & kept the clasp that was on It.Thank God I went back to get the one they took off.They tried to rip me off.I have been going there for years. I even had them design a new wedding ring for me.It’s just not the same Jewelers like they use to be!!
