I bought a $4000.00 couch from them with no issues.. so I went and got a TV .. was on vacation when someone stole my card and the Payment didn't go through. So instead of 1 call and message they blew my phone up over and over and over and then tried to deny it when I flipped out about them bothering me on vacation. So now I pay the extra late fee and will continue to do so until the TV is payed off because they have zero customer service skills and will harass you if your an hour late on payment.. I could pay this TV off right now and be done with it but now I will pay the late fee Everytime and I'm cool with it. They shouldn't of blew my phone up while on vacation and just called and left 1 message and I would have called them back on my time so it's their own fault cause now this will be the last item I get through Aaron's because of their lovely staff.

Do not work for this company,There is no organization,And they sell dirty furniture,The managers sleep on the clock and the regional manager does nothing

Aarons rental has been an absolute nightmare! I forked over the full payment for my item, as promised by the GM Ray, only to be told I wasn't approved for financing. No delivery, no refund, and to add insult to injury, their systems have conveniently been down when I try to check my order status. This is beyond infuriating – a complete and utter letdown!

BEWARE!!!!!!Went in to buy Furniture.. was told they did not have it. I had to pre-order it and pay for a month in advance I did...I received it a week later..and 17 days later was called to make another months payment... not really understanding how you can prepay a month and then 17 days later get charged for another month. Not good business practices and they speak over you and act like you are absolutely nothing and totally stupid. I can also say that they thought I was somebody else and brought somebody else's information and contract up ready for me to sign it and I stated that I was not that person...CRAZY!!

Please don't go to this store!! I experience the worse service you could have imagined. Was lied to, they dishonest, they don't communicate with each other so no one knows what goin on. The manager/supervisor will be no help. They have bad attitudes and smart mouths. If you thinking about this place just walk away!! I have endured enough for us all!!

I have patronized this location more than a few times in previous years. Made my payments on time and never had a "field visit" due to non payment. Customer service has always been great, which was one of the reasons why we returned and purchased (cashed out) a leather sectional a few years ago. Decided we need to replace our mattress and my growing 16 year old bedroom set. I applied online for credit, was approved. Called the store to speak with the manager to inquire about the necessary documents to bring in. I was told by the new sales manager I did not have to bring anything in, she went in to say that she checked my account and I have always been in good standing with them, and she would be happy to assist when I come to visit. Due to me having a hectic schedule, I was unable to visit that week. Decided to go in today, a week and a couple days later, to check out what the store had. Upon arriving in the store, we were greeted and quickly asked what they could do for us. Great right?! Nope, after the nice woman went to grab the manager...the visit went bad. One lady comes out and asks what my zip code is, I responded with the zip code. She says "have you already applied for credit?". I responded yes, and went on to tell her I spoke with the sales manager and she told me to stop in and she would show me the new items the store had. Another guy came and said, "we can't allow you to purchase here, because your zip code is xxxxx. Confused and embarrassed, I went on to explain I have made multiple purchases here, and had made it to a higher tier status years ago because of how much I patronized the company. He said, "sorry I can't help you, gave me two other stores that I could shop at, and said other managers were fired due to allowing customers to shop there while their zip code was not in the area. Again confused, upset, and embarrassed...we left. I called corporate to verify what we were told, and needless to say, the CSA on the phone stated that as long as the zip code is within 25 miles, there should not have been any issues. He also went on to say how he has looked at my account and notice that I am a long standing customer that has a great credit history with the company and did not understand what the issue was with us returning back to the same location to make new purchases. I'm waiting on a call from the regional manager, just to really give my opinion on why the staff at this location should be retrained. Went down to another location and received AWESOME service!

They call you 50 times a day once late on your payment and they pop up to your house! Their best quality is harassment! They are the worst of the worst!

We have been customers of Aaron's for over a year now and I have to say we have had such horrible customer service! From the managers down to the boys that deliver. We had to have our stackable washer and dyer replaced because it was taking me 2 hours to wash a load of laundry. I had to call multiple time's in a few month span to get someone help me. It took a few weeks for them to bring me the new one and when they finely did bring it, it was not a full size witch is what I had before and told them I needed. But because it took so long for them to deliver I didn't have them get me a new another one at this point I had already been with out a washer for 3 weeks. They came and delivered my new set finely and the next day I go to do my first load of laundry in my brand new never used by anyone washer an dryer and it's making a load banging noise. I call over to Aaron's for Jason the manager to tell me that it's Saturday and no one can come till Monday. So now we have to wait again for the same 2 boys who delivered my set 3 days before. They come Monday they where here for 2 mins said that there maintenance man had to come and look at it why they didn't initially send him knowing that there was a problem on Saturday I have no idea. The boys tell me to pay attention to my phone because somebody will be calling me any minute, two days later after never getting a call back I finally called backup there again tell them what's going on again and that I'm still waiting for their maintenance guy to call me that guy tells me that it's not there maintenance guy it's GE that has to come and that they have to come out and service it and they will let me know when. A week later I called to see when they were coming they say May 18th. That means that I will be with out a washer and dryer at that point for over a month. I called GE myself to come out sooner they told me that Aarons has to call them. When I spoke to James the manager on duty at that point told me that he would leave a message for the manager Jason on Monday to call them He (james) said he would not call he said he was too busy and he was taking care of customers I explain to him what has been going on he knows the situation and I told him that I am also a customer I am a paying customer who already has service with them he refused to help me said he leave the message for Jason. Jason never called me a week later which was last week I called him again explained the situation all over again ask them to please call Jason still did not call me back still to this day. GE showed up today to look at my set at 4 o'clock this evening just to figure out all that needed to be done was for the shipping pin to be removed!! So Aaron's let me go without a washer and dryer for more than a month all because their boys that come to install this stuff doesn't know what they're doing and nobody would help me I do not recommend getting anything from Aaron's
