Hands down the WORST 711 I have ever been to. The tattooed lady who works friday evenings always has an attitude for no reason. She's very rude and incredibly racist. Always huffing at customers, like how dare we make her do the job she chose and is paid to do? To top it off, she's always semi incoherent as if she's been drinking. The place always looks disgusting. The "hot" food is never actually hot. The drink area is always sticky..... best to avoid. I won't give this place my business ever again.

Absolutely horrible!!! I went in with my 8 year old around 6pm on 12/30/23 and walked into a clerk eating. The floor by the slurpy machine was discussing. The clerk was using the counter as her kitchen table. Eating noodles as she checked us out was past the point of discussing!!! I wouldn't let her touch our drinks at this point. She was also still talking on the phone. My daughter thought she said something to her. At this point the clerk looks at my child with a bothered look and says"no, I'm talking on the phone."LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS!!! I will never walk in there ever again. I will just drive more to avoid this trash. ?

In the area this is the worse 7eleven store. Always out of stock and products. No hot food, coffee never fresh, drink dispenser isn't clean, no fresh pastries, and rude service, workers are unhappy and over worked, nobody even wants to work at the location so they only take employees who are not qualified for work. And management won't train the workers and it shows. Other 7eleven store are leagues above in the customer service fast helpful friendly and clean and have products customers want then this one on little mack rd

Wow! Trying to check out. I was using a bank card. I asked a person in front of me to move politely five times. The clerk never spoke up so as I went to go around the person they assaulted me by. I want me in the arm and cussing me out when I asked why they were being that way. The other clerk the manager yelled at me. Then another customer started yelling at me and then what I believe to be one of the owners. A very big huge guy came from the back yelling and screaming for me to leave after I was just assaulted and this is all while I had my minor 15-year-old child with me. This behavior is very uncalled for now. I see why there is such a low rating at the store

I should have got her name, but there’s a woman who I often encounter and she ALWAYS greets people as they walk in. Super personable, pleasant, and truly makes my visit to this 7/11 great. I was in a terrible mood one day when I walked in, had a big ol’ smile when I walked out. BEST customer service (anywhere) I’ve received since moving here nearly 3 years ago.
