We booked an appointment with Alison for a kid haircut. My 5 year old requested a spiderman spiderweb haircut that we had found on pinterest. She let us know she had never attempted that before but she was up for the challenge!
She did such an amazing job!! Turned out better than the original photo! We left with a very cool haircut and an extremely happy 5 year old! :)

I can't say enough about the service I received by Kara. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I hadn't had my hair done in awhile because of trust issues and being new in the area made it more difficult to find someone I can trust. She is definitely my new person! I've received so many compliments on the color and best of all, she didn't damage my hair like so many have in the past. Thank you Kara!!!

Kara has been the stylist for myself and several members of my family and friends for many years. She has taken me personally out of my comfort zone with coloring my hair and has done a fantastic job. She always has a smile on her face too. Puppy cuddles are an added bonus!
Requested style: I keep it short and Kara styles it just right so it's easy to manage and looks great.
Hair type: I have thick, wavy hair and she styles it right every time.

I have been going to Kara for over 10 years and my 5 year old has never had anyone else cut his hair. He got his first haircut when he was 1 year old, she has always been very patient and understanding that sometimes kids are wiggly and don't want to sit in the chair. My son has even fallen asleep a few times getting his hair cut. She is amazing an amazing hair stylist. She really listens to what you want done, gently offers other suggestions if you want a style that won't work with your hair and takes her time to make sure its exactly what you want. My family will never go to anyone but her.
The owner and other stylists have always been kind and friendly. They greet me with happy faces everytime I have an appointment. Love this place and its atmosphere.

I've never in my life left a bad review, so this is the first. Normally Kara does a okay/decent job but this time around my experience was awful. I had gotten a perm & broke out with a chemical burn on my neck. She also gave me a haircut & my ends are still super fried. She said I would need a conditioning treatment but didn't offer after I said I would like one after the perm. She has also cut my bangs too short once & I was upset because I was trying to grow them out. I feel as if she doesn't care for her clients. Needless to say I was very upset & will never come back.

Never have given a poor review. I was recommended this salon for my 13 year old son. Drove over 30 minutes to the location. We were treated poorly with a disrespectful “put-out” attitude from the time we walked through the door. John told us he would waste his time cutting this 13 yo boy’s hair. He proceeded and told my son to not flip his hair. It is really hard to put into words but the atmosphere was completely rude. Never, ever had this experience at a barber/salon before. We didn’t stay for the “services.” Super disappointing! Had read good reviews so was really confused. Perhaps just a really bad day, his co-worker seemed nice. Again first time I have felt compelled to write a bad review of a business. Won’t be back. Hopefully just a bad day? EDIT: well, Guess it wasn’t just a bad day, after seeing the owner’s response. Hmmmm… lol, sometimes you are just reminded that not all business owners are too friendly or kind. Again, first bad review I have given in my 50 years… let that speak.

My son went to this salon for a haircut, they let him sit there for 3 hours before anyone told him he’d have to make an appointment. That’s pretty foul, we’ll spend our money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.
