We had an oil change. While waiting we decided to eat at Applebee's across the road from Team One. We walked over not realizing that the car lot still had ice on it. After eating we called Nate Brookens and asked him if someone could come and pick us up as we didn't want to walk back on the icy lot. He was more than happy to send someone to get us and the man who came was very friendly. We are happy to know Nate was able to help us as we are both in our 80's and didn't want to take a chance walking back. Thank you Team One and Nate.

My wife and I live in Colorado and have bought several cars out of state, usually because we hunt down values and look for exactly what we want. Honestly, this was by FAR the best experience we have had purchasing a car. The credit goes to the entire team, and especially Nate in sales. Nothing but trust and communication and honesty. Brandon and Abbey at Charlotte Team One were amazing! Thanks to them I was able to get a beautiful 2018 Chevy Trax in only a few days! Brandon made the process easy and fast and even checked in a few days after to make sure everything was going good and I was happy with it! I will definitely be recommending Brandon to everyone and will be returning to him for my next vehicle:)

Excellent customer care!! My first call to Team One I talked to Calina whom answers the online inquires. She was so friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. She sent me emails with listings of the cars I liked. Plus if I had any questions she got back to me right away. Then she sent me over to Zack who took over as our sales person. Zack was so awesome, upfront and honest. He worked hard to find what I wanted. Always answered my questions right away via text or phone calls. Zack's manager was equally as great to talk to. Everyone there takes you calls and gets back to you pronto. Then the finance guy that wrote up the sale was down to earth and really great to work with as well. It was such a positive experience all around. I will never waste my time going to another dealership again. My father owned a used car dealership and brother in Florida has as well. I have been around the car business for a long time. Team One is the best. I did go to Feldman Chevrolet and it was not a good experience so I ended up at Team One. The difference of customer service was like night and day ...so different. Happy Holidays good luck with your search for a car.
