They had a ton of online order to attend to before they could even help us. We waited 30 mins for 2 subs and 1 pizza. Too long in my opinion. Our toasted subs were cold by the time we got home, 10 mins away. Disappointing. I'd go to the one in Walmart over this one.

I had a catering placed a week in a half advance. The third-party I go through to do the catering confirms twice with the subway to make sure everything's OK. I made sure to leave two stars because all the food was correct and on time - but when I got there, it was busy. That is fine except the woman working complained loudly about me and how the reason she was so behind was because of my large catering order. She continued to complain while I stood there. I finally said I am the one picking up the order, and she had two workers who were not clocked in walk my order to the car. Also, a bunch of bottles soda was thrown into a bag, and I could barely carry it. The handle broke off. I hope the tip was shared to those workers who aren't even clocked in. I'm glad they helped me. They were very friendly.

Placed an online order at 6:05, pick up time was 6:25. I was inside at that time, I was then told at 6:44 that they were out of the item I had ordered. I was in the lobby, there was a line so I waited patiently. Just to be told i wasn't twenty minutes. Terrible time management from the crew on 9/7/23. Requested a refund and walked out.

3rd person in line, yet it took almost an hour to get one sub made. Short on staff? Busy making orders that were called in so stacks of subs could sit and wait to be picked up? Who knows? While waiting, I watched several people in line give up and leave.

The clerk was petulant and abrasive. She treated me like I was stupid. As usual, at this, location, the service was very slow. The girl, who eventually condescended to wait on me (she'd been socializing with her girlfriend, ignoring the customers), was very crisp. The dining room was very dirty. Out of, literally, about 20 tables, all but one were gross.Vegetarian options: There were virtually no vegetarian options.

I often go to this place, I've contacted management and she tells me that the owner knows nothing about beard guards when I bring to her attention that it bothers me that there are now two employees with fully grown beards. One other thing that bothers me is when they have sandwiches going out on mobile order and make people stand and wait. I understand they don't have full control but I've seen this a few times and they should have one person that IMMEDIATELY jumps from orders to helping the customer. It's never been a really long wait but long enough where I've seen customers rightfully complain as I've been bothered. Also, they have an option to tip when paying with card, they do not make minimum wage. Most will say something along the lines of "Okay so next it's going to ask if you want to leave a tip", they know what they're doing, they're putting pressure to the customer. They should say something along the lines of "So the reader is going to ask you a few questions and you'll be all done". WE CAN READ THAT IT ASKS FOR A TIP!!! Nobody wants that pressure to tip for a sandwich at Subway. May not be 'fast food' but it's not a sit-down with servers either. The company is probably underpaying so they want the tipping to make up for it.

I swear for more than 4 years I’ve come here and still you can’t use condiments like 1 strip of mustard for them = 5 pounds of mustard I should not have to wipe mustard off just to eat my food and it’s even worse when you order online do better

Typical Subway, food is good but I have had when placing my order on the App. Service is good and quick but when it is done when get there, it is hard to know if it correct til' you get home.
