I usually buy my cat food from a big chain store but decided to check this place out last week. The selection and prices were great. I came in about 30 min before closing and the staff was smiling and helpful. I got my cat a catnip banana toy and WOW does he love it. We tried the Science Diet brand food and so far, he hasn't thrown up (which is monumental). I will be returning for all my cat needs in the future. Glad I found this place!

What a great group of staff at the Charlotte store, with 1 young lady who was especially nice and who gladly let us pet snakes, rabbits, and guinea pigs, though I can't remember her name. I know she enjoys her job and feeds the caged creepy critters their frozen mice. Also props to the young man who not only told us what isle, but showed us the different dog nail clippers.The store was clean, and the staff was very nice and professional.I will say they are overpriced on most of their products, and WAY overpriced on their small animals!I'll go back again, and I recommend Soldans in Charlotte, Michigan, for all your pet needs, just maybe not for small birds or a $55.00 guinea pig, or a $50.00 bunny.

Good store. The feeder insects run out fast but not all the time. Clean store. Staff is pretty friendly only had a few bad experiences there.

Solden's has been around a long time. My father worked there when he was a teen, which was back in the 50's. They have almost anything you need for your pets. Selection and prices are good. They have a few small animals like guinea pigs, rabbits, and rodents. The staff in Charlotte were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The go to place for my bulk rabbit food and toys. I just wish they would give their rabbits for sale use of the litter boxes they sell so they would be litter trained when you brought them home. What's up with that Soldans??? To cheap to take one off the shelf and put in the rabbit cage?
