There have been times that I have come into this store to purchase items and I noticed that they do not give receipts. Then when I asked them for a receipt they come back with me having an attitude asking for a receipt.

the store has muffins that are very delicious. I buy the banana nut muffins. and coffee. almost every morning.I really like that anything I buy in the store gives credits toward gas I was able to take 20 cents off per gallon on my gas .that is a great savings since the price of gas is high

Wanted to give a shout out about Jimmy Sellers, pulled in there with the tire issue on 9/22/21 @ 11:00pm and needed to inflate my tire he gave me points on what to do to look at and made sure the pump ran while it was raining. I found a rough spot with wires out on the hose, got a small cut on my finger and he documented everything about the hose and made sure that he would find a way to get that repaired fast as possible. Very good cashier and a very good worker especially around this time of the year pandemic and all. ???? Very clean place also. Worth every penny you pay him.

This store is shaping up with the new management they have. The cashiers are always friendly! They treat every customer unique! They even know my cigarettes and have them on the counter before i get there! If you get to know her personality, Dawn is great at customer service, i always leave with a smile! Jimmy's humor is to die for! Just all around a pleasant place for gas up!

Worst experience ever. Came to this gas station off the highway and was super disappointed they didn't have regular gas... Only their over priced premium gas. I drove out of the way to get their so I just paid Chicago gas prices. It was about $3.30, meanwhile it's 80 cents cheaper everywhere else in the area. I went in the Johnny's, it was clean but I noticed there were a lot of employees for such as small gas station store. They didn't even wait while we tried to pick out snacks and kept brushing past us stocking shelves... And there were no other customers in the aisles. When we then get to the counter there were 3 employees but only one lady (seemed like a manager) was checking customers out. The other two were putting price tags on cookies. We stood there for 5 minutes while the cashier went back and forth with the guy in front of us about his check, cigarettes and sharing stories. I was getting frustrated at the total lack of customer service. A couple minutes later the two girls finished the cookies and checked us out. My jaw dropped when I realized there was another cash register open but they just decided to ignore us. I inquired about why they didn't have regular gas and complained that the price was so high. The manager lady said it wasn't high to which I replied it was , and I currently pay the same price in Chicago. Her and her customer turned to us and said that's rediculous and told us to get out of the store and go back to Chicago. Insane experience for a quick fill up.
