This was the worst customer service from management that I have every experienced. My tax person messed up on my bank account information which has now delayed my refund because they were sent back to the IRS. When I called to speak to management to see how they could resolve I was spoken to as if I was not worth their time. When I was offered half off next years taxes and I told them that their services would not be needed due to this mistake and said if they are going to give me half off next year then I would expect that they would give half off of this years. When I let them know that this has affected me financially I was told by a manager named Kirsten that "I shouldn't be spending money that I don't have". The other manager Ben that I spoke to wasn't any better. He was rude and both of them were disrespectful. I was told that people make mistakes and are not perfect. When your job is dealing with OTHER peoples money there is NO room for error, period!!!!! Their response to be was the job was done and I am still getting my refund. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone because if they screw up they have no intentions of discounting your funds that you paid for a service that should have been done correctly the first time.
