I purchased an out of stock battery online to be picked up here. First employee didn’t know how to perform that task and spent 5 minutes in back trying to figure that out. Another employee decided to waste my time and train the first employee how to perform that task in front of me while I waited. Second employee decided to further waste my time by declining to install the battery like they say they will on their website. A service Advanced Auto and NAPA will happily perform. Thus requiring an additional trip back into town for the core charge. They also decided they didn’t feel like testing my old battery. Again a service claimed to be provided . I’ve never had this problem at NAPA or Advanced Auto. I won’t ever be back to this store or likely any other Oreily again!

Right parts 1st time. My go to if they ain't got it or can get it you're going to the dealership. Knowledgeable staff. Willing to help where they can. Clean and organized store. They love it when I bring Benjamin's with me therefore making everything $100.00 if it isn't. I'm sure that's just for me though. Lol. Love em all there. Great people, quality parts.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We ordered a wheel bearing and asked multiple times if it was for 2 wheel drive. They said yes then when we get one installed we go to open the next box and it says not for two wheel drive cars. So obviously frustrated we call the store and get placed on hold for 8 minutes then the lady says if your gonna have a attitude about parts were done talking. Then hangs up. Great customer service we will never buy from this company again. I will also be contacting corporate about this issue Charlotte mi
