“I was an unhappy Wow cable customer. Switched to another "service" that is available in the Wow area. After they cheated me out of their $200 bogus bonus for switching, I decided to try Wow again, but for Internet only. I have my own modem and a quality router, and my service has been bulletproof. I am at a lower tier of speed, but it keeps up with two or three streaming TVs and a couple computers with no lag virtually all the time. Service was fine when I switched around 2019, and I haven't had to call for service since. If Wow's price was a little better, this would be a five star review!”

“Today I spent some time with Sam at your Charlotte location. He was very knowledgeable about my transition from 28 years with Verizon and the anxiety I had with switching all my apps, messaging, calling, photos to a new phone. It took quite a while but he was so patient and we chatted and shared stories about our experiences in retail sales. He let me run some errands while my old phone took it's sweet time giving up all my stuff. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend this location to all of my friends. Thanks Sam!
