I have used H&R for many years and this is the first year that i have had issues.. I turned in all my paperwork over a week ago and have yet to get a call to come back to he office to sign my paper work. 3 days ago i got emails for my taxes being prepared and wanted to know how the service was.. I honestly wish they did taxes with you sitting there like they used to instead of just dropping your stuff off and waiting for them to call you to come back in so sign your paperwork..

I've almost always went through H&R Block and I had Tonya. With Amanda I also had a great experience also. I have always trusted H&R Block with my taxes and have always got the best service with questions and help when it was needed.

Last year they acted like I was a bother, tried so hard to convince me to NOT apply for the advance, then indicated on my application that I would NOT be working this year???? And for the first time in 30 plus years I did not get the advance. She knew I would not because of how she input my information. This was the second time using this office and both times I felt like I was a bother, and they did not make me feel welcome. Very snotty and this office DOES NOT try to do what is best for the customer, they do what will generate the LEAST amount of work for the office.
