Laura did not listen to me I said I wanted a layered cut I came out with a straight a string haircut and I have curly hair she's that big brush on me I said I wanted bangs she goes oh why didn't you tell me and I did I will not go back there again My daughter bought me that for a gift and they should return her money I am very very unhappy with these people well Laura was the only one there I didn't get to meet Heather no well Laura was the only one there I didn't get to meet Heather

They never return phone calls no matter how many messages you leave for them. If you want paying customers that have multiple clients that could be sent your way return a call. Pretty simple to figure out.

The Hair Professionals is a very chic salon. I'm always welcomed warmly. All the stylists are friendly. My personal favorite is Laura. She always makes me feel beautiful with a great haircut, highlight, and style. I highly recommend this salon.

This is the very best salon I have ever been to. Heather, the owner, is an artist. I love how she sees the very best in you. She listens to what you want and she will make you feel beautiful. She's that best friend that remembers every detail you've ever shared with her. Coming to see her and get pampered is something I cherish. There is no one better. I definitely recommend any of the women at her salon.

The Hair Professionals is an Aveda Concept Salon a block away from downtown Charlotte. The girls here are so talented and truly passionate about their craft. You'll be wowed as soon as you walk through the door as the salon is beautifully decorated and very welcoming, right down the the stylists that staff it. The owner, Heather Moore is friendly and outgoing, making even the shyest client comfortable in her chair. Heather excels in hair color and style and you're sure to leave happy about your new 'do!
