Very nice staff here! Always helpful, if they dont take something they might know someone who will. Definitely recommend donating to them. And their storefront has many cute things.

Unbelievably over priced junk. I went this weekend and there was a china display cabinet for $200! Pathetic and evil what these goodwills are selling donated items for. They are taking advantage of people. Oh, and don't get me started on the dressing rooms being closed, and when you try to return items that don't fit ( BECAUSE YOU CANNOT TRY THEM ON IN STORE) , they take your name and information down????? FOH. I am definitely not stepping foot in this store or any other goodwill for that matter.

To high a price on common brands. Some items were even damaged.

Overpriced. Items will sit overpriced for a week and managers are not willing to work on price. Not sure why some goodwills jack up prices, no one will buy the one item at 29.99, rather buy 3 for 9.99 each…. Getting out of hand.

Been going to this store for years. They used to be a store where you can get cool stuff at a cheap price. Nowadays it’s all priced more than online and not enjoyable

Unbelievably expensive. Nothing better than another thrift store, but for some reason the prices are jacked up beyond belief. $3.29 for a mug? $15+ for a vinyl record (looked it up and there are a bunch of $12 listings online). Prices in the 20s or more. Given that Goodwill is getting their inventory for free, they sure are ripping off the good people of the community who donate there. I'm sorely disappointed. Absolutely do not recommend.

Depending on the location can be positive experience or negative. Coldwater's location is thinned out and no stocking that much. Marshall's location is jammed packed with items. Charlotte location by Walmart is clean and well stocked. The ones with bins is okay but if you have allergies it will be not pleasant.

Terrible customer service. Attitudes, no one there is helpful at all. Nothing there is good. Save your money and shop somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would

I tried to drop off some really nice stuff today but since you all wouldn't accept my kids toy baby doll bath you got none of it. I just threw it all in the dumpster instead of you making a dime off of any of my Goodwill. Beggars can't be choosers. In the future I'm just going to throw stuff away rather than even attempt to waste my time dropping stuff off at a Goodwill.
