We recently ended our storage contract. ONLY because we bought a shed and no longer needed it. The staff at this place is phenomenal and incredibly kind. We have been late on a payment more than once, and although we clearly were paying a late fee, they were always very kind about it. Not the same experience that I've had with other places when I was late. If ever needed again, I WILL go back to Charlotte Mini Storage

All of my furniture and clothes are embedded with mildew and stains. Boxes were soaked and ruined on bottom. They really didn't care, a halfhearted apology and complete denial that units leak.

I have rented here for a number of years. Clean and accessible, and the women who work there are top notch. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
