I paid for my car wash and then when it was my turn the enter light did not come on. I called and they gave me a full refund!! Great service

I wish Marshall, MI had a good car wash. I always wash my car when I'm in Charlotte because it's a fair price and NEVER leaves soap nor spots. Love this place! Extra dryer to drive thru if needed. Plenty of vacuums.

Very appreciative of the service provided by Josiah and Capital car wash. They took ownership of the problem and were quick to remedy the situation 2 fold. Have been using the car wash for years and will continue being loyal given their service.
