They have pretty much anything you'll need. Aside from commercial/restaurant dish machine parts they don't even carry the spray heads or hoses. Not because they don't want to to they just can't for some reason. Otherwise still will usually find what you'd need.

Friendly helpful staff and a clean well-stocked store. Parking lot can be a challenge to get out of due to traffic.

Went in the store approximately 15 min before closing was met with “we close in 15 minutes and can’t mix any paint”. I was shocked they said this as this is not the normal customer service I would expect from an ACE.I completely understand that the store closed soon, but no reason for that to be the first thing they say to you when you walk in the door.Will be driving to Menards/Lowe’s instead of going to this place.

Where do I start with this place. I've been to many ace hardware's and this Charlotte, MI location is by far the worst business you can shop at. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO BYRUM ACE! ITS CERTAINLY WORTH IT TO DRIVE A LITTLE FARTHER TO GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE!1- PRICE GOUGING AT ITS FINEST. They know they are the only "hardware store" in town and they certainly take full advantage of that! Previous reviews say support local business but why support a local business who straight up rips off their community. Unless a item is protected by national brand price control it is priced ridiculously high.2- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. 75% of the employees are clueless.3- STORE HOURS ARE HORRIBLE. Close early (even in summer). Also, If you plan on getting there close to closing time the door will be locked and they will not let you in for anything.4- STORE IS DIRTY AND UNORGANIZED. All that money they make overcharging you would think they would update the store at least a little bit and fix broken things. There's no thought in the layout and they have random sections scattered all over the store.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I wanted to purchase a Weber grill that was already assembled on the floor and take it with me, was told I would be charged an extra $20 for the floor model. They have a promotion of free assembly and free delivery. The Manager not only lost the sale I went to her competition and was treated appropriately and the staff exceeded expectations. Grand Ledge ACE HARDWARE.<----------Better
