Asked me to checkout myself at kiosk then walked away then another girl helped me because i needed cigarettes and they charged me 11.78 for a pack i get everywhere else for 7 dollars

Husband and I went in today to get cigarettes and a pizza and was standing in line with other customers standing from register past the door and she got done with the customer she was waiting on and walked away to go to the oven looked up and said you all can use the self check out unless your getting cigarettes or gas or alcohol and continued messing with the oven everyone standing there looking at her like hello if we didn’t need those things we wouldn’t be standing here husband and I got mad put the pizza back and walked out, luckily he found his cigarettes on floorboard of truck. So we just left. This is the first time we have ever had rude service at this station. The cashier was the one that colors her hair all different colors from teal to blue to whatever she feels that week. Just cause there is self checkout doesn’t mean you can ignore your customers.

I have yet to have a friendly cashier at this Shell Mart. I went there earlier today paid $40 with depit card. I was only able to put in $30.21 in my vehicle. I went back in to get my change, the cashier rudely said that because I used my debit card that the change would go back on my card. . I just checked my bank balance and Shell DID NOT refund $9.79!!! I will not go there again. Please train your cashiers better. Also your cashiers need to work on being more friendly to customers!!

This store has been the cleanest and friendliest employees I've met in my years of going to Johnny's and I choose this store for my needs now over most other stops cause it's more like family then a convince store thanks to all employees that keep the store going so well

I had a terrible experience with a cashier named Angela. She had an argument with someone who was presumably her boyfriend while I stood there waiting to check out. This place is nothing but a overdramatic cesspool.
