“My dog has been seeing Dr. Carter for a couple years and we absolutely love her and the whole office! She and her vet tech are so sweet and patient with my nervous dog and have never once made us feel bad for sometimes struggling with vet visits. They’re great about returning calls for questions and work really hard to squeeze you in if you have a problem. My dog is slowly improving with his visits and the staff here make them as quick and easy as possible!”

I was referred over by two friends that has them as their veterinary care source and I was greeted with compassion and concern for my girls well being. “Warren Animal Clinic is the best. Dr Sweeton is the best veterinarian. I would not take my cats anywhere else. When my cats have been sick, they make a accommodations to squeeze us in. Dr Sweeton Is very knowledgeable and caring. I love that she will go through pricing before beginning any tests. She cares so much about the comfort of the animals. I moved away from the area and still drive 45 minutes to see her.”

Easy to locate. The building is dated and the parking lot needs upgrading but decent/manageable!
Inside was very clean and SUPER calm and quiet. There were a few people there when leaving but coming in there weren't a bunch of people and animals on top of each other.

I was recommended through Petco, so I booked through Vetco website.
The check-in process was super quick and simple. As a first-time client and wellness checkup, no paperwork was necessary for me. I was asked for my basic contact information.
A separate small room for the doctor, patient, and owner is designated for the appointment.
Wellness Visit - Satisfactory (:
Dr. McLaughlin was kind and gentle.
I learned a few things from him. After answering a few questions, he asked if there were any specific concerns. As someone completely new to the whole process, I was 100% sure on what to ask. I did communicate this. I was hoping for a tad bit more information on basics (do's, don'ts, general about info, things I could expect, etc.)
Even pamphlets or a link for first-timers to get information based on the animal would be super helpful.
I just felt like I didn't have all the knowledge to equip me if that makes sense. (I did some research but nowadays everyone has an opinion and it's helpful to hear what is accurate directly from a reputable source.)

I was asked for my Petco member info to confirm. A promo was used but there was a small fee that was a small surprise. It is not mentioned in the coupon terms and conditions, so informing clients during the check-in would be helpful. It was no biggie though, just a suggestion. (:

“I brought my 14 year old Maltese in as a new patient with what I believed to be a respiratory infection. Blood work indicated severe liver problems, as well. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding with what I was and was not able to do for my pet. The agreed upon treatment would be medication to keep her comfortable and hopefully to entice her appetite again. In the weeks of care for my dog, she has improved quite a bit on medication. If you didn’t know the blood work for her liver was bad, you wouldn’t even know my sweet, old girl had anything wrong. But, at her age and the levels of her liver function, we are aware our time with her is precious and limited. We feel like we are in very good hands with the staff and Dr. Hilton there while we continue to monitor and keep her comfortable.”

“Just stopped in yesterday to get my cat microchipped. Everyone was super helpful and kind. I accidentally went to the adoption center first but Tiffany pointed me in the right direction of the clinic. After getting him chipped, they gave me paperwork and emailed instructions on how to add my contact info to his chip.
This clinic is similar to all about animals in that you will wait for a bit in your vehicle as they are a small clinic, but they do an excellent job and you’re getting preventative care done for much cheaper than a traditional vet, so it’s not an issue for me, but something to be mindful of. I had no issues utilizing my mobile hotspot to get work done in my car.
Overall I’d absolutely go back for any non-emergency, preventative care needed for my cat!”

“I've been bringing my cat here since she was 4 months old (when I got her as a rescue) and I do not want to go anywhere else. The veterinary doctors here are very kind and knowledgeable, and they don't try to make the most money from their clients. I took my cat to a more local veterinary clinic at Nucci Veterinary Clinic's suggestion a few times and will not go back there (because Nucci was overbooked at that time). While the doctors and staff are friendly there, they really urge you to have them do a lot of expensive tests and vaccinations (mind you I already explained to them that my cat is allergic to vaccines and has gone into seizures from them in the past). The doctors at Nucci are very careful about what tests are needed and are very cost conscious for their clients.”

“Everything from our initial call through our first appt. was great. The front office staff reached out to let me know when they received the records from my former vet, and were always very professional and friendly. We were welcomed and shown into a room immediately, and our vet tech was wonderful. Our cat is a big old scaredy cat, so we really appreciated how kind and gentle both the vet tech and Dr. Tate were, and that they were even nice enough to wrap our cat in a blanket they misted in calming pheromones. One reason we left our last vet was because they kept trying to sell us on every test and unnecessary thing our cat didn't actually need. So, I was really grateful Dr. Tate did a great exam, told us possible tests (i.e. blood work options) and then let us make our decision without judgement. We're so grateful we found Dr. Tate!”
“I was so happy with their anesthesia free dental cleaning for my 8 year old husky. They did a fantastic job, and I'll definitely be back if her plaque/tartar build back up. She is usually nervous at the vet, but their staff do an incredible job making her comfortable to get through the procedure.”
