Don't go here,, they STEALING parts off of your Car and replacing them with old inaffective parts !! So SADI went to have a Valve Cover oil leak fixed and had my NEW Ignition Coil replaced with an old used one. Now my Car is Missing & Idling rough

Called them on a Friday and they told me they could get me in that same day. Many auto shops in the area are a few days backed up so this was a pleasant surprise. When I dropped my car off, they were very professional in taking down information to keep it stored for future visits, and they looked at my car the same day, and had it fixed by the next day, and even faster than they initially said. And the car drives so much better now!Only thing to be aware of is they did ask for a deposit (about 50% of the total) for parts before starting the work. It’s understandable of course, but not something I had come across with other auto shops, so I just want whoever reads this review to be aware!

Fair prices and prompt service! I’ve gone to Universal Auto House for three years. Always impressed by the prompt service at reasonable prices. For example, one competitor wanted $300 just to diagnose my AC, not including parts or labor to fix it. I called Universal. They took me the same morning, diagnosed and repaired the AC for $177! I highly recommend this repair shop.

This place does honest work. Rod does a good job informing customers about the repairs and recommendations. He does all of the back end work with extended warranties and really is an advocate. I don’t know anything about cars and have been burned before by greedy salespeople and techs, but this was not the case at this place. I will go here again and recommend to others. 5+ stars.

I go nowhere else but to this place to have them work on my, my wife's and our kids vehicles. I have been coming here for so many years! I moved out of town a little bit and now I live about an hour away and I still take the time to drive my vehicles whenever possible to get them serviced at Universal Auto House! Moe the owner is a very professional & honest gentleman who is very well educated and expert at what he does, he can fix anything on all kinds of vehicles! He's very knowledgeable with vehicles from bumper to bumper and he is also an (ASE) certified technician! He always hires the very best of expert technicians / mechanics too! His mechanic shop is always clean and organized & located in a very safe neighborhood. You can always count on getting professional services at his shop where he and his staff will go out of their way to help you out with any of your vehicles problems, and address all of their needs. And above all their prices are the best around in town. They always have took care of me without any issues at all. My satisfaction level with them have always been 100% :)

The owner's a God send! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe. So friendly and very thorough yet gave it to me straight when it came to my car. Just like I like it.
