They always treat me like family, ask about my life, etc. Something about this place feels like visiting a family member. They never forget you, even if you only stop by once. They give samples and throw goodies in my bag from time to time. I literally refuse to buy from any other shop. They will also order whatever you need if it's not stocked.”
“I recently switched from smoking to vaping and was having issues with coughing a lot so I had lots of questions about settings and ejuices. This place had good reviews so though not the closest store to me by several miles I decided to follow the reviews rather than geography. Really glad I did. The guy behind the counter was friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable and cleared things up for me quickly. I bought a different juice for a good price, a great flavor, and haven’t coughed at all since making the switch. Hell, he even cleaned out my tank with the old juice and filled it with my new one while I was there. Totally worth the trip and they’ll get most if not all my future business. Highly recommend.”

“This place is great the customer service is always the same excellent. I've never had a issue with them. They treat you like family after a while. If your are not sure what to get they definitely have some great suggestions and options for you. They have orange heads, pineapple & grapefruit too. They sell awesome quality hookahs there as well as all the accessories that you can dream of! They have snacks there too because what's a hookah session without snacks! They do have a rewards program so make sure you sign up for it, totally worth it! They have hookah to go cups for when you're on the run so you don't have to endanger your actual glass hookah! Now the parking lot is usually a little congested most of the time that's because they are super busy but other than that it's worth the stop!”

“A business of legendary Hazel Park status. It was there when it was almost illegal and it’s still here today. One of the original head shops. Everyone loves this place. I spent the day With Tommy Chong here (honest to god) this place is hollowed ground among OG stoners of legend! I got my first Led Zeppelin tapestry from them when I was in jr high school. Bought my first bong, I can’t say enough about this business. I really love it and any local HP person worth his weight in weed will tell you the same! They now have a dispensary. I’m stoked.”

“It is hard to imagine a beer/liquor/wine store with a wider selection than Total Wine & More.Add to that the wide aisles, the overall cleanliness and the well laid-out manner in which the store is organized. This isn't a mish-mash of things just stuffed in any open space, it's thoughtfully laid out with wine, spirits & beer in their own areas and intelligently organized within those areas.My only complaint is the store is smaller than the ones I've dealt with previously (in FL). A staff member indicated that it was intended to be larger (another business leased a section of the original store layout before the deal was finalized and they pressed forward anyway. Glad they did).The staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to offer ideas to fill your needs. They'll take as much time as you need, customer service is job #1 here.TW is my go-to craft beer store, period. Has been for years. The selection of brews, local, regional, national & international is outstanding. From the well-known, heavily advertised megabrew Pilsner lagers to seasonally available, locally brewed Imperial stouts to the best Belgian lambics and Trappist ales and everything else from everywhere else, they have it.And, yes, the liquor & wine areas are just as expansive as the beer (for those who care about that kind of stuff).I just wish the name was Total Beer.”
