After they found the problem, Rodney took the time to explain the issues and my options clearly, which helped me feel comfortable in the decisions I made. “Joe the owner is a rightous man who does great work!! Finally found a mechanic of integrity who genuinely cares for his clients and will go the extra mile to take care of you. He gave me the best deal possible giving me a discount on tow and even drove over Sunday at 530 even though they closed and 3 and I didn’t realize Hours were different that day, he knew I needed my car and went out of his way to show up. He wrote me a full statement I could take to small claims to sew Obriens in Ferndale who acted so well mannered yet when I got my car back (after just having it repaired by a trusted mechanic) there was hub cab broken which they didn’t tell me abt, shocks were suddenly “busted” (hmmm lol) and later found out they left pan off top where transmission fluid goes in! OYE. Luckily* I don’t need a new trans , caught it in time w Joes help. Forever sticking with this shop now!! Get your work done here with owner who has tire Integrity and talent for the work!!”

Nice waiting room, clean bathrooms and a large array of tires and car accessories. I was downtown and they were literally the closet tire place around. Centrally located, professional, efficient and they do other car work too.”

Transparent with the cost and always call if other issues arise before doing the work and then charging me later. “I needed a lot of work done between my car and the road. Bearings, brakes, control arms, struts. The subaru dealership gave me a very expensive quote, Ron at pep boys gave me a preliminary quote for much less. He was very honest about which work was urgent, and what could wait another year or two.
They got everything done super fast for me, and fixed my AC on top of all that. It was a great experience start to finish. Charles helped out a couple times while Ron was out, and he was great too.
My car finally feels trustworthy and comfortable again thanks to everyone over at Pep Boys. I wish I could give the other mechanics at the shop a shout out for their great work, but I only spoke with Ron and Charles.”
“My car was making a weird noise and I went into the shop an hour before the shop closes without appointment. The guys were very nice and down to earth, willing to help even though I showed up last minute without any appointments. Thankfully, the issue was so minor that I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were very fair and they didn't even charge me for it. I appreciated that they were still willing to take a look at it and I was worry-free for rest of the weekend. From now on, I will be coming back here if my car has any issues. Thank you!!!”
