I was there on on Tuesday July 9th 2024 at approximately 4:15 p.m. The guy working there just didn't want to do his job and lied to me. Terrible way to treat someone whose employer spends a lot of money buying a lot of paint at Sherwin-Williams..

They never have a dam thing I need. They don't answer the phone. They are rude. I have to drive to other locations all the time. The store is useless has bad management. If you have a question your better off asking Google. They have no idea what paint is . It's like every day is their first day.

On the wall (i.e. out by the paint chips), they had prices and available finishes clearly marked. When we (finally) made our selections, we went up to the counter only to be told they didn't carry eggshell finish, but that it was the "same thing" as satin. It isn't. There isn't **much** difference and we were tired -- but had I known that the price I would pay was much higher than the price on the wall, I would have gone elsewhere. (Wall price: $44, same as Lowe's and Home Depot). Real price: $54. No explanation -- but again, because it was on sale and we were tired (and by then the paint was already mixed), we took it (although we actually had to argue to get the sale price, it didn't ring up on sale; the argument came when I asked the guy "is this the sale price?" and he said "yes" -- but it wasn't at all the sale price.) Short version: never going back again. (And really, shouldn't have purchased the satin when I wanted lower luster egg shell, because I'm not a fan of any kind of sheen).
