“When i walked into the building to look at storage unit i was greeted by the manager (Danielle) and immediately asked what i am looking for. I told her she offered me different sizes and even offered to show me the units. She showed me around and how everything works. I immediately knew i wanted to get a unit there especially with the affordable pricing. I am glad i chose to go with Storage Sense!”
“Lucy was extremely helpful in setting up my lease agreement, assisting with the locks, and she personally showed me how to use the gate keypad and took me to the unit I rented. This was after the call center woman completely messed up my lease info, getting my address information completely wrong so I couldn’t electronically sign without getting it fixed. “We used Grosse Pointe Moving and storage for our local home move on 11-06-2024. They were wonderful! The moving crew couldn’t have been more thoughtful and respectful to us and our belongings. They worked extremely hard from 9 am until 6 pm, but still maintained their cheerful demeanor! A great big Thank You to the crew that moved us, you guys are efficient and a lot of fun! We also had Grosse Pointe Moving pack our belongings for us, they did a superb job! I would definitely recommend Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage they are all around great, Thank you!”
