I bought a washer and dryer here back in August/September. The first washer I got would not fill, I called them they brought me another one free of charge. The next washer wouldn’t agitate, called them and got another one once again free of charge. Everything has worked great since then. The dryer cord wouldn’t reach to the plug and they gave me a riser for free. A lot of people don’t like this place because the owner has an attitude, and yes he does but that’s just the kind of person he is. It isn’t against any of his customers. The owners son is amazing. I would do business here again in the future.

They have bad customer service. They don't know how to talk to people. I went there this morning to buy a dryer , and he talked really bad. He don't know how to talk the older man. He told me now you drive me crazy if you don't want it, don't take it. I will get a good price on it and the dryer was not working really good. he don't wanna sell nothing all his stuff is in bad condition

Purchased a stove and refrigerator. Had them delivered and was told the delivery price included installation. Not so much. The stove has a fitting coming out of the valve that isn’t correct and is not coming out without damaging it so I called about it I was told to figure it out and just get a different set up that fits. Very frustrating. Been to the hardware store twice and they say the fitting that is stuck is unsafe. Don’t expect to do business with them in the future.

Decent prices on appliances, albeit refurbished.Bought a "scratched and dinged" refrigerator for a great price and the fridge is working very well. Totally satisfied with the entire experience.

My dryer wasn't working properly. I described the issue, and they told me the problem, sold me the right part, and it solved my issue! 3 months later my dryer was having more trouble. Again they could troubleshoot from my description of the issue and it solved my problem! Good pricing on used equipment too

I can't recommend this place enough!!! I've been here multiple times now and both times it was a great experience!! No bs just straight to the point. Even if I move out of the centerline area this will still be my go to for all appliances!!

Sold me this bold stove I haven’t had it for 2 months and wires started burning and then the stove went out and now they don’t want to do anything about it but told us it was practically brand new…………????

This is my second purchase and I am very pleased. The first was a dryer over a year ago. Yesterday the washer was delivered. Mr Nice and his associate went above and beyond to get it into my home and set it up..Shortly after I washed my first load. Thank you from my clean clothes to your!!

Very knowledgeable and honest guys. They tested the part i originally thought was the issue on my dryer and let me know it was still good then proceeded to direct me to a different part. Took off the part he told me about and brought back up there and they were right. Did not try to hustle or sell me anything more than I needed and actually taught me something. Appreciate you guys!

The two gentlemen were extremely helpful extremely friendly he got us a new washer and dryer delivered it and gave us all the pipes and gave me the know-how to set it all up highly recommend this place if you're trying to save yourself a butt loud of money
