Nancy is awesome I love her. Her personality is awesome. I was having phone issues she was fighting with MetroPCS for me and ended up with same phone but not the one with issues. Go see her if I could give 10 stars I would of!!

Absolutely love this store and the staff. We moved and I will pass every other Metro store to shop at this location. The staff is knowledgeable and patient, they go above and beyond compared to other locations I have visited. Highly recommend this location if you have any questions you need answered or want to purchase the phone you need or want! Thank you for helping us out

We have a handicapped person who needs a flip phone with tactile keys. These happen to be the cheapest phones they stock. The phone being replaced is also a flip phone.
The new phone is advertised as having Stand-by power of 8.3 DAYS. It doesn't come close. A fully charged phone will die in 26 hours. Use it at all, expect to stay connected to the charger.
They refuse to take it back, saying it is an upgrade and not eligible for a refund. How is a 'like to like' transfer an upgrade?
Our recourse may be Attorney General Dana Nessel
