Had run over a nail and called here to see if I could have it fixed. They let me come in without an appointment and had it all taken care of within a few hours. Was definitely busy but they were honest and gave me the best deal. Corey, Jayden, nick, Tim, I appreciate you guys and you’ll have a customer coming back for life.

I been here for 4 hours and still here to get a tire rotation and a tire plugged. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN and on there website it said live: less busy. That's a lie. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The service is Horrible! I will be going back to the one on Gratiot!

Brought in a tire. To be repaired, it was an
emergency? Ask them if they could do it while I wait. Did it right away when I came back to get 3 more tires put on my car took
Over 2 hours. A few years ago brought in a tire tab repaired. Who isn't who is in such bad shape? I said they couldn't let me leave with that. Tire gave me an amount of the brand new tire on my car. For free.
Also brought in a wheelbarrow tire to be changed and they did that for free. So the 2 hours doesn't bother me too much. They were.

Jailen and Nick are awesome go to Discount tire they're awesome, went to Regal Tire first because I needed an alignment also they told me I had a leaky tire valve 75.00 part so I got a repair kit for it then ended up getting a bad attitude from Christy just wanted to save my valve tpms sensor rubber seal was bad and a little corrosion cleaned off in seconds I have been working on cars since I was a kid and she also told me why didn't you just have them do your tires because I was bringing business to you WOW Really then she says let me make sure they put your tires in back of truck so there's no discrepancy my wife even heard her said never again. I've been going there for near 30 years since their dad Bob I couldn't believe Christie's attitude sorry Regal tire you won't see me anymore.

25 minutes to get a tire pressure checked. Only 2 cars in front of me. I actually go to 16 and van dyke for service now, even though I have to drive past this store. 3 years ago, this was my go to garage. Service has really dropped off, and they always try to sell me a new tire rather than repair mine.

Stripped my wheel locks then told me they were overtorqued. Completely screwed me over. Then when I asked them to bring the car around so I can take it to a mechanic to drill them off, they brought me a refunded receipt for the tires I’d been waiting two weeks for. I never asked for a refund but he took it upon himself to just do it, which my tires are hard to find.

This location has gotten bad. I used to love it here. It is the closest location to my home and I always had great experiences with the employees, etc. The last two times I have come in; I had this older gentleman assist me. Not sure if he’s new; however does not have a hint of hospitality in him. The last time I came a few months ago to get one tire replaced. Charged me wayyy over what I was used to and wasn’t budging with the small items. I let it go, assumed it was a one time thing. Today I came in with a different car; same guy handled me; I had a nail in my tire which I needed patched; immediately told me that we’d need to replace the tire due to sidewall being wore. I said I wasn’t very interested in replacing the tire because the car was brand new and I didn’t even run 7,000 miles in it. He was adamant and wasn’t having none of it. Just kept saying “okay, okay”
Said it wasn’t safe for him to just patch it and let me go but didn’t care to put a spare on nor fill up my tire; and still let me go on the road with my tire “unsafe”
I then went to the discount tire on 14 mile. I had a very nice man help me there. He told me same thing; and guess what… I bought a new tire. HOSPITALITY goes a long way. He told me he understands I don’t want to replace it, explained to me why it’s dangerous, told me he’d inspect it for me to see if we can save it, pointed out the imperfections, took TIME with me. I am done with this one and will be going to the one on 14 mile.
