I am getting diabetic supply from Binsons And I receive supplies usually 2 to 4 weeks late and the supervisor explained to me that it is Dr. Office not responding to prescription request when I called the doctors office. It may be partly true but Binson company never confirm or try to correct this process and unless I called them, they never notified me the delays

We had Kieron come out to our home in Carleton, Mi. approximately 5 days ago & very happy with him.
He was/ is a very professional young man, very knowledgeable, & a great down to earth man.
My wife has her oxygen & breathing much better.

Google maps gives the wrong directions here - you can’t get here from the side street if you get off at Van Dyke headed east… you have to drive around and come in from the street with the dispensaries.
Staff was super helpful. Parking was easy.

Uncooperative. Each time I called back I was given different & conflicting info... I was trying to obtain a portable oxy concentrator unit... I recommend shopping elsewhere.

every time I come here they have exactly what I'm looking for. everyone that works here is very polite and knowledgeable. they will go out of their way to help in any way possible.

I arrived at 8-30 am to load, and now it’s 1 o’clock in the afternoon but they haven’t started loading my trailer yet, I noted this address on my navigator for the truck, I won’t take any more cargo from this address, you’re wasting your time here (06/13/2024)

This is a terrible place to order Medical Supply I ordered a week ago and they delivered it to my old address after I told the lady that I changed my address she went ahead and sent it to my other address anyway so now I'm without nebulizer supplies because of her and then you got the smart mouth cashier the answers the phone and it's like it's not my fault I didn't do it so you can go to the other store and just pick it up while now she didn't even mail the new one because they don't care basically sew to order any kind of asthma supplies it's a waste of your time at this location

I don't like how when you need oxygen you have to rent two machines even though I want the portable only. I even have an oxygen tank. I'm canceling they cared less.about making customers happy.

Edit; had a good conclusion with a new chair delivered but it was an unpleasant purchase. I’ll give 3 stars since they got it done in the end but they sure could make it a better buying experience. The phone transfers are too much. Not enough authority within each rep to make decisions etc. Good luck if you use them.
Extremely poor customer service. Cannot imagine why anyone would do business with this company when every product and service they offer is available from another provider. Very rarely will I actually leave a review but this $2,100 cash purchase has been the worst customer experience I’ve had. Stay away.

Mote than one time they ignore patients' prescriptions and after a while they give fake and unacceptable excuses, plus the very low qualitt of their equipments and items.
Any provider and patient suppose to find another company to be satisfied but not this.

Confused and not caring people. I need to rent a electric scooter. Now after my surgery and after talking to them at different locations, mostly Center Line, I can not get any one to work with me. Yesterday, I talked to someone at Center line and he gave me all my needed information. Today after my two weeks return to surgeon, I called center line and after talking to her for five minutes, she said she has a customer in front of me and put me on hold for 23 minutes and never came back. I called for the second time, and another person said she had a person in front of me and got my account information and said she will call me back. After 90 minutes, she never called back. I called them back again for the 3rd time, and since no one answered my call was transfered to the call center who send an email to Center line people to call me. They never did. I called back for the 4th time and again I was transfered to call center. I told her everything I wrote here, and asked her what do I need to do to rent a scooter. She said since I live in Livonia, Livonia center can help me. My transfered call was not answered, so the person said she is sending them an email to call me so I can rent a electric scooter from them. Livonia center called me and told me they do not rent scooters from their center and Center line is the only location that rents electric wheel chairs and scooters.
SHAME ON YOU BINSON'S.
I gave you more credit that you deserve.
