I came in today at 3:20 and wanted to make a deposit and the man gave me a paper and told me to write my name and address I wrote my name and told me if he could help me with the address because I didn’t understand English and he refused to help me and I always come here and ask them to help me with the address and they have no problem help me

The worst bank that took advantage of Metro Detroit. Allowed overdrafts and rearranged overdrafts to obtain maximum fees. The North remembers. The fact that 3 are still limping along in Southeast Michigan blows my mind...

I can only review the small business department! I was visiting this branch from Philadelphia and to my treat, the team was helpful! I was able to open a new account and bypass sales talk. The bank rep has been in industry 20+ years and doesn't plan on retiring soon. She was knowledgeable and accommodating to put the customer first.

WAKE UP BOA. FUNCTIONING ATMS IS NOT YOUR STRONG SUIT. ABOUT 40 PERCENT OF TIME.. SUCKS. Close another branch and fail to have Atms that function. SUCKS

The tellers and managers here have to deal with many rude customers every time I’m here and that’s because they have shortage of workers like almost every other business. I think tellers don’t get paid enough to be yelled at, nobody deserves that anyway. Clients also need to get their things done without telling their life stories and boring dad jokes. I stand with the workers.
