I took my car to Universal Auto House, and they found the problems right away. They fixed it that day, gave me estimates for future maintenance work that will need to be done before fall. They were honest, got the job done the same day and did a great job. I will be going back to Universal Auto House for future needs on the car.”

“I have a 2003 red Jaguar and a 2005 Dodge Durango. I had them work on the jaguar and they did a good job, they just recently fix my durango (tune up etc..) and they did an awesome job; when I say that car runs so smooth and I can barely hear it when It starts. I am a woman and they don't try to make you feel dumb because your not up on the car lingo. This is an honest post, see for yourself you wont be disappointed. Ps... they may seem a little rough around the edges but they are are like teddy bears.”

“I made a appointment for my 2022 Ford Escape, oil change and tire rotation for 1p. I was met by service team and directed to Heather R. to sign paperwork for service. She directed me to there refreshment are and waiting room. I observed technician working on my vehicle with TV /camera!! The service was the fastest service for a oil change, Heather also checked to verify any recalls, there weren't any. Great job Ford team. Will return to Heather for service in Future. I also picked out our 2024 Escape for my wife!!”
“We have been here 3 times. Once was for a car that was totaled. My husband walked away from a collision that should have killed him. Then we replaced that car, and a month after purchase, the steering wheel was stolen right before Christmas. The staff were very helpful and kind. This summer, the same car was hit with several bullets during an altercation in the neighborhood (we were not involved but collateral damage). I won't go into detail, but our family was left traumatized. I don't recall if the car had gas when it was towed away but when it was returned almost a month later, we had a full tank of gas, they detailed the inside and outside to remove all evidence of the crime. I was apprehensive about picking the car up, but when we did, it almost looked brand new! I'm very grateful for the customer service and the care and attention that went into restoring the condition of our vehicle.
